Peaceful Villa w/private pool - Between Playa Grande & Tamarindo!

We are a French family who has found our paradise in Costa Rica. We’ve renovated and decorated Villa Dela with care, aiming to create a cozy and inviting space for our guests.

We love nature, so it was important for us that our home reflects that. Villa Dela is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful escape where you can enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

We enjoy meeting new people and sharing the charm of Costa Rica with them. Our goal is to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We look forward to hosting you at Villa Dela!

Villa Dela is located in the small town of Huacas, between Tamarindo and Playa Grande. This central spot puts you close to some of the best beaches in Guanacaste and a variety of exciting activities, such as diving, snorkeling, zip-lining, sport fishing, turtle nesting, and more!

Our neighborhood, "Valle Escondido", truly lives up to its name as the "Hidden Valley." It’s a peaceful area surrounded by lush greenery. From the garden, you can spot a variety of birds and butterflies, and if you explore the nearby trails, you might even see entire families of spider monkeys!

One of the things we love about this location is its convenience. Villa Dela is just a short 5-minute drive from local shops, making it easy to pick up groceries for a delicious meal after a day at the beach. If dining out is more your style, there are great restaurants within 5 to 20 minutes from the Villa that we’d be happy to recommend.

The Villa offers a tranquil retreat, allowing you to enjoy the fun activities of the region while also providing a peaceful space to relax after a day at the beach. With Tamarindo Beach and Playa Grande just 15 minutes away, you can easily explore the beautiful coastline and then return to the comfort of Villa Dela to relax by the pool and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Why Villa “Dela”?
This word, “Dela” borrowed from Johnny Clegg's song, originates from the Zulu language. In this context, "Dela" embodies the concept of "doing together," sharing, and unity. It's an invitation to come together, celebrate our cultural differences, and live in harmony. We're deeply inspired by this idea, which is why we felt it perfectly suited the atmosphere of our home, where we aim to bring people from all backgrounds together to create unforgettable memories.
