The space
Welcome to The Creekside French Retreat! As you enter, you'll be transported to a bygone era, with exquisite French Victorian decor adorning every room. Glittering chandeliers, plush velvet accents and antique furnishings create an ambiance of timeless elegance. The deck patios are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, with comfy seating and gorgeous views of Deer Creek.

Entry:
- The home is equipped with a smart keypad on the front door, providing contactless entry. The code generated for you will be unique for your stay and no one else will be given this code.
- In an effort to maintain a clean environment throughout your stay, we respectfully request you remove your shoes upon entering the home. We provide a shoe shelf on the entry deck.

Living Area:
The living area is located on the main level and offers a Roku TV to stream your favorite shows or movies.

✔ The Creekside French Retreat is attached to a lower unit. You may rent both the upper and lower unit together or just 1 unit. The lower unit has its own private entrance. The stair access, laundry facilities & BBQ area are communal areas, which are located on the lowest deck. The lowest deck sitting areas are designated for the lower unit.
✔ Please exercise extreme caution when enjoying the patio & deck areas. Watch your step if walking up or down the stairs and never leave children unattended on the deck.
✔ Also, please exercise extreme caution when going up and down the interior stairs. They are steep. We highly recommend holding onto the railings at all times while ascending and descending.
✔ In an effort to maintain a clean environment throughout your stay, we respectfully request you remove your shoes upon entering the home. We provide a shoe shelf on the entry deck.
✔ We have a very strict no party rule with this property. Any violation of this will be an immediate eviction & fine.
✔ Quiet times are from 10pm - 7am.
✔ Parking - There is no on site parking available. Free street parking is available approximately 50 yards from home. If you happen to be booking a stay during a holiday and/or special event, we highly recommend securing a parking spot early and don't move it until the event is over. Currently, Nevada City is low on free parking spots due to construction on the bridge.
✔ Pets: one well-behaved, well socialized dog is welcome at The Creekside French Retreat with an additional $50 pet fee. Please do not let your dog get up on furniture or in beds. Pets must never be left unattended in the home at any time, whether or not in a kennel crate, without first checking with the host and getting approval. Pets must be under direct supervision if outside. Guests are required to clean up after their pets on the property and the surrounding area. As responsible pet owners, guests accept full responsibility for their pets and any damages caused by the pets during their stay.
✔ We have a full home security system, external ring actively recording cameras & flood lights on the perimeter. This is to provide security for our guests & the home.
