What a wonderful stay! The location is truly excellent - right on the beach with stunning views, and so peaceful and private. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the villa was spotless throughout our visit. The beds were incredibly comfy too, we slept so well every night. We only had a short stay this time, but it was an excellent experience regardless. We'll definitely be back, and next time we're planning to stay longer to really soak it all in!

Our stay at this beachfront estate exceeded every expectation. The location alone makes it worth the trip — secluded, private, and just steps from the water. Every aspect of the service was seamless, from check-in through the concierge team to the daily housekeeping, everything was clean and well cared for throughout our visit. We opted for the private chef experience one evening, which was truly exceptional — the quality and presentation rivaled any high-end restaurant. This estate delivers luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality in equal measure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier getaway

I’m a small content creator and this place had me in awe. The location is heaven, and the scenic views of the Caribbean on the way to the island were already worth it. We booked last minute, but you’d never know it. The staff was ready for us when we arrived. We were picked up when we got to the island and escorted to the villa, and check-in was super smooth. We were tired after traveling, but we still ended up taking so many pictures. This place is made for content.They host a beach bonfire on Wednesdays, and Secret Beach is worth checking out. There are a bunch of restaurants nearby too. If you have the time, go experience the Private Beach BBQ. It’s amazing and so worth it.Thank you to everyone for your hospitality. Wait for me, because I’m coming back!

Booked ALOM Estates for a relaxing getaway on Ambergris Caye, and it delivered on every level. The private beach and pier made the property feel peaceful and secluded, while still being close enough to restaurants and activities by golf cart.The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with the beach and grounds cared for daily. The staff were fantastic: friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead without ever feeling overbearing.We also slept incredibly well every night. The beds are seriously some of the most comfortable we’ve experienced while traveling. I actually had to ask the host what kind of mattress it was! We grabbed a few casual meals at In D Wild Sports Bar & Grill, which was an easy golf-cart ride from the property.Beautiful location, great staff, comfortable accommodations, and exactly the relaxing Belize getaway we were looking for. We would absolutely stay at ALOM Estates again.

Best Villa in Ambergris!

We have been to Ambergris more than 9 times - and by far this is the best place to stay! Private, exclusive away from the hustle and bustle of town, gorgeous beachfront, unobstructed views, luxury accommodations, incredible staff, amenities, resort access to one of the largest resorts on island, can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Private Estate!

The staff and accommodations at ALOM are top-tier, my family and I had a wonderful time, and the villas are beautiful and very well-kept. The views and private beach are stunning and so nice to have to yourself! Terri their concierge booked all of our transportation and activities for us, making planning a breeze. Truly a luxurious experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Belize!

Utilize your concierge - no hidden fees, complimentary, she helped us curate all our extra services for the best prices with the best guides - highly recommend the Beach BBQ Day with Captain Joel! Made it so easy for us to kick back and relax, and fully enjoy the experience - which is just what we wanted! Can't wait to plan our next getaway!

Was super comfortable and safe. Very quiet, but be prepared to be far North. My only complaint is the water pressure as there is none. It's advertised to have a washer and dryer; however, there is not one on site. Housekeeper does your laundry. I'm particular about mine, so washed most of mine in baby shampoo and hung dry. There apparently is no woolite on the caye. The house manager, housekeeping and maintenance went above and beyond and did an magnificent job taking care of us and looking out for us. I would return to stay again.

I travel a lot for work and rarely get excited anymore about where I'm staying, it usually just blends together after a while. This place actually changed that for me. Peaceful, private, and the staff went out of their way for every little request without ever making it feel transactional. I basically did nothing but sit on the beach and read for three days straight and it was exactly what I needed after the year I've had. No agenda, no rushing to see everything, just quiet mornings and slow afternoons. Sometimes the best vacation really is doing absolutely nothing, and this was hands down the perfect place to do exactly that.
