OCEAN PALMS FREE GOLF/TENNIS USE OF THE WESTIN AMENITIES

First floor spacious 2 bedroom/2Bath (sleeps 6) villa in Ocean Palms is privately owned. The villas at Ocean Palms are privately owned units that are maintained and associated with the Four Star Westin resort. This luxury villa is 1350 square feet and is a few minutes walking distance to the beach. Rental includes 4 free rounds of golf daily at Port Royal or Shipyard (only pay cart fees) and one hour of tennis daily at Port Royal Racquet Club.

As part of the Westin Resort you will enjoy free access to all Westin amenities: including pools, hot tub, beach, restaurants, health club/spa and much more. Free shuttle service is available to all Westin Resort facilities. Discounts available at Westin Resort restaurants and you can charge to your villa.

Your first floor villa offers a large family room with flat screen TV and DVD player. The full kitchen has everything you could ask for - Equiped with microwave, range, oven, refrigerator, freezer with ice maker and laundry room off of the kitchen with washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have their own TV's. You also have a screened in porch overlooking a large pond.

Each of the 2 bedrooms can be set up with your choice of 1 king or 2 twin beds. This is one villa that you can have two master bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bath including jetted tub, shower and double vanity. In addition the sofa in the family room converts to a comfortable queen size bed.

There are 50 miles of bike paths on Hilton Head Island, so you can bring your bikes or rent locally. There is a rental company that will deliver the bikes right to your door. There is also one of the two pools with hot tubs located right out your door at Ocean Palms. If you want to have a cookout there is a gas grill with a picnic table close to your front door.

The condo was very nice. Quiet location, nice view of the pond. Was the only condo we saw with a screened in porch. You could hear people walking upstairs, but that was it. Older appliances, but they work fine. Refrigerator is loud. My wife is a light sleeper so we had to close the bedroom door at night. Keypad lock, so no key to lose or forget. Had to use the shuttle to go to the Westin as it was busy and we weren't allowed to park there. Shuttle never took long to get. Used Uber at night with no problems. This condo is at the back end of the property with only one way in or out. Pool is across the street from the condo. Area is nice and well maintained.

We have visited HHI for several years now, with and without children, and have stayed all over the island, but I must say that the Ocean Palms was by far the nicest location. From the quick response of the owners who were warm and friendly and willing to accommodate us in our special request to the wonderful villa that was equipped with everything. The Westin Resort and Spa was a great bonus as well as the free golf and tennis. We will definitely be back to this property! Thank you K & R!

Very Comfortable Condo!

We spent 8/11-8/17/13 at this condo in Oean Palms and we had a great time here. The property is spotless and very well equipped. The owners are very easy to deal with and provided some good tips for visiting the area. We especially enjoyed riding our bikes through all the well landscaped paths and on the beach. We could ride our bikes to the beach in just a few minutes. The pond in the back is a very nice backdrop for the condo - we even saw a large alligator. This condo is one of the best locations for the pool - you literally just walk out the front door and you are there. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach via the Westin - you just call and they pick you and all your beach gear up in an Air Conditioned van and drop you off at the beach entrance - it was very convenient. It was so much fun and we hope to return some day!

Excellent Experience!!!

Condo was in excellent condition. Really liked the first floor access and was very conveniently located by the pool. Having access to the the Westin was a great addition. Will definetly be going back next year.
