This villa is situated within the private community of Queens Grant, located in the heart of the award winning Palmetto Dunes Resort. The moment you step inside this villa you will fall in love with it! We have the closest access, in Queens Grant, to the private beach at the Palmetto Dunes Beach House. The beach is a 7 minute stroll, a relaxing walk or a 3 minute bike ride, or IF your prefer to drive, a minute drive in the car. Tennis, Pickleball and Golf are also only minutes away. Be sure to bring your rackets and clubs. Bike and kayak rentals are only a short walk away. This magnificent place comes with loads of splendid amenities in order to offer you a memorable vacation experience.

The 1500 square foot Grande ranch style villa has been recently renovated, creating a dream “get away” experience. It’s open floor plan includes two spacious bedrooms, and two beautiful bathrooms, a modern kitchen overlooking the expansive living-dining area, that feature a luxurious floor plan and breathtaking high vaulted ceilings along with an outside patio area and much more too!
A service court off the kitchen provides an outdoor shower and storage for beach chairs, etc.

The Queens Grant community offers you five outdoor swimming pools with sparkling clear water.

This unit was just what I was looking for. It was very clean and had a pleasing aesthetician. The proximity to the beach was excellent, just a short walk. The resort itself has a lot of amenities and is beautiful. Mari provided excellent communication and tips to make our stay enjoyable. We will be back!

We are long-time travelers to HHI.. About 2 decades. We typically stayed in the same area where this villa is located. It is a wonderful location!! The Villa was very nice and well maintained. Owner communicated very well with us during our stay. We would definitely come back!

The highest compliment you can pay to a host is a return visit because you have had such a wonderful experience. This was my third stay at Villa Dangelo and it exceeded expectations once again! Perfectly located in Palmetto Dunes, convenient to the beach, the general store, bike rental, kayak rental, restaurants, Shelter Cove, the Marina, grocery stores, golf courses (3), tennis and pickleball, etc. Each stay at Villa Dangelo I've noticed a program of upgrades to maintain an already beautiful Villa. The host has delivered every possible option that you could need on vacation from the Bar-B-Q grill, to new showers, to lighting, to kitchen essentials to furniture, a large 75" inch tv and so much more. We now feel like Villa Dangelo is our home away from home! The host Mari is so easy to work with and helpful at every turn. The Unit is pristine and immaculate, kudos to Mari for producing a rental that feels like home. We are already planning our next stay at the cozy warm and fun Villa Dangelo.

We have stayed at this property in the past and it never disappoints. Mari is always helpful with any questions and responds very quickly. It’s clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, also a short walk or bike to the beach. Highly recommend!

Have stayed in similar units in same "neighborhood" area and this was by far the best one we have stayed in. Communication was fast and clear as well when needed and very helpful. The area pool is "ok" but we go there for the beach and rest of the island anyways.

The host was good, as she worked with our group when we had to reschedule. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Our coffe maker wasn't working, so she ordered one and had it delivered. Parking was a real issue. Not enough spaces so tennants can be close to thier stay.

Kay, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I feel I went above and beyond to accomodate your needs. I was happy to reschedule your reservation three times, due to last minute personal conflicts. My flexibility enabled you to enjoy your stay, without losing your money. When you notified me that the coffeemaker was not working at 7pm, I had a coffeemaker delivered to you by 7:54am the next day. Unfortunately, I have no control over the parking situation. I apologize for the inconvenience of having to walk across the parking lot to get to our unit, but each unit is only issued 2 parking passes and the spaces are on a first come first served basis. I have never had an issue with parking in the past and I have never had any guests complain about parking, as even the furthest parking space is at most 50 feet away from our unit. I hope this response helps others who may be considering staying at our unit.

I would first like to preface this review by stating that my family and I are only able to go on vacations once every 2-3 years, so when we book a seemingly nice vacation rental, we expect to get what we pay for. The listing for this rental is completely off-base. It is not fully renovated. “Fully renovated,” would imply that the villa, in its entirety, is completely updated. And it wasn’t. The sliding glass doors that lead out to the back patio are falling apart. I saw a previous traveler list the same inconvenience but I’ll go more in depth. The host states that the doors have a “security system.” The “security system,” is composed of several broken features and a door that’s not flush/out of plumb. Because of this, it will not shut and seal correctly, leaving a large open crack in the seam when you go to shut/lock. Coupled with the poor cleaning before we arrived, the problematic coffee maker, and a dirty smell coming from the bathroom shower; needless to say, we were not impressed. My family and I were willing to overlook all of this - we were just happy to be on vacation. But then we found two roaches during our stay, possibly entering through the large crack in the sliding door (not sure), and it really grossed us out. When I reached out to the host, she doubled-down and said her villa was “extremely clean,” and that they were just “Palmetto bugs.” Palmetto bugs are roaches. A roach is a roach. She did nothing to accommodate us after. Book at your own risk.

We have had our villa for 9 years. During this time we have had 127 REVIEWS. 108 EXCELLENT, 17 GOOD and 1 OKAY (yours!) We take great pride in our villa and providing a positive experiece for our guests. We try to go above and beyond to please our guests anyway that we can. You requested eary check-in and we made that happen for you. One of the things we feel is most important is communication. If there is a problem, we want to know about it immediately so we are able to rectify the issue. We cannot do anything about concerns if we don't know anthing about them. Communication is key. I received a text at 9:47 pm the night before your check out. No communication about any issues prior to that. Even at that point, many of your concerns were not mentioned. You contacted me about the two Palmetto Bugs that you encountered. I educated you on the facts about Palmetto Bugs. They are a part of the environment on Hilton Head Island and they are not a sign of uncleanliness. I went on to inform you that August is the worst month for Palmetto Bugs due to extreme heat, humidity and rain. We are exterminated monthly. I ask you to check our extermination records. You informed me that the current treatment was completed on August 8. I immediately reached out to QG Management requesting another treatment. We are proactive and remain diligent in this matter and all of our guests concerns. It seems that the slider was the point of entry and it was probably set off the track during your stay. Again, if I had been notified about that, we would have had our property manager out to rectify the problem. That would have sealed the point of entry. I am sorry we were unable to meet your needs during your stay. I wish you luck in your future bookings. I encourage future guests to read ALL reviews.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. It was our third stay at this particular location and we would definitely return. Mari was a responsive and accommodating host who allowed us to feel at home in her condo.

Very clean, host was very hospitable, great location, very comfortable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Kitchen was stocked with tools and appliances, very clean. Only thing I would change is maybe adding dishes that are microwave safe. Not a huge deal though!
