This villa is situated within the private community of Queens Grant, located in the heart of the award winning Palmetto Dunes Resort. The moment you step inside this villa you will fall in love with it! We have the closest access, in Queens Grant, to the private beach at the Palmetto Dunes Beach House. The beach is a 7 minute stroll, a relaxing walk or a 3 minute bike ride, or IF your prefer to drive, a minute drive in the car. Tennis, Pickleball and Golf are also only minutes away. Be sure to bring your rackets and clubs. Bike and kayak rentals are only a short walk away. This magnificent place comes with loads of splendid amenities in order to offer you a memorable vacation experience.

The 1500 square foot Grande ranch style villa has been recently renovated, creating a dream “get away” experience. It’s open floor plan includes two spacious bedrooms, and two beautiful bathrooms, a modern kitchen overlooking the expansive living-dining area, that feature a luxurious floor plan and breathtaking high vaulted ceilings along with an outside patio area and much more too!
A service court off the kitchen provides an outdoor shower and storage for beach chairs, etc.

The Queens Grant community offers you five outdoor swimming pools with sparkling clear water.

Palmetto Dunes is a world-class resort! The host was good, as she worked with our group when we had to reschedule. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Our coffe maker wasn't working, so she ordered one and had it delivered. Parking was a real issue. Not enough spaces so tennants can be close to thier stay.

Kay, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I feel I went above and beyond to accomodate your needs. I was happy to reschedule your reservation three times, due to last minute personal conflicts. My flexibility enabled you to enjoy your stay, without losing your money. When you notified me that the coffeemaker was not working at 7pm, I had a coffeemaker delivered to you by 7:54am the next day. Unfortunately, I have no control over the parking situation. I apologize for the inconvenience of having to walk across the parking lot to get to our unit, but each unit is only issued 2 parking passes and the spaces are on a first come first served basis. I have never had an issue with parking in the past and I have never had any guests complain about parking, as even the furthest parking space is at most 50 feet away from our unit. I hope this response helps others who may be considering staying at our unit.

Very clean, host was very hospitable, great location, very comfortable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Kitchen was stocked with tools and appliances, very clean. Only thing I would change is maybe adding dishes that are microwave safe. Not a huge deal though!

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. It was our third stay at this particular location and we would definitely return. Mari was a responsive and accommodating host who allowed us to feel at home in her condo.

Perfect Get Away

We had such an amazing stay! The unit was adorable and comfortable. Fully stocked and very conveniently located in the Palmetto Dunes. About a ten min walk to the beach. We had so much fun and would highly recommend and we would love to return. Excellent communication with the owner. Only thing to note, the master bathroom sink is very tall as it's a taller counter with a bowl sink. I'm a bit short so I had to stand on tiptoes. Just something to be aware of!

Pool confusion

The property shows there are 5 pools that are accessible to everyone but we didn't find that easy to find. The pools seem more hidden and no clear markings as to where they are. That was something we would have liked and possibly other families find it a problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head.

Great location

The weather was perfect mid 70. Close to everything even the beach. We rode bike a lot and went out to eat. I would rent this place again.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful vacation. This condo was perfect for our family...location wise it was close to everything we wanted - beach, pool, restaurants, etc. The pictures give an accurate representation of the condo itself. We loved the big couch and layout. Will definitely rebook when we revisit Hilton Head.

The palmetto dunes villla was excellent. Very clean and was so close to everything we needed for our stay. In the evenings the villa provided exactly what my wife and daughter needed for quality fsmily time . We played scrabble. The beach and pool were so nice and very clean. We would love to stay again .

Amazing Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here, the villa was clean and so nice. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. The kitchen was huge! It is a perfect location, just short bike ride to the beach or to get something to eat! We would definitely recommend it!

Everything you need!

Nice location and easy access to activities and general store. Our teens enjoyed going to the beach, and it was a quick walk to multiple points of interest. The property had everything we needed for a worry-feee week and the decor was lovely.

A great space in a great location.

This villa is well equipped, and tastefully furnished, and located in a well known HHI Resort property. The property’s amenities are plentiful as are access to resort activities such as private beach, pickle ball courts, golf, etc. The property is close to shopping and restaurants and bike and walking paths are plentiful. A lovely getaway in a beautiful community.

Amazing Vacation!

We couldn’t have had a better experience for our first time to a Hilton Head. Property was stunning in person! It had everything you could think of and more. Walking distance to everything was a big help with 2 young kids. The pool was so close and perfect for family time. This property has everything and we can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing time in beautiful place

We had a great time staying in this villa. It’s spacious, beautiful and quiet. The location is perfect for exploring the Hilton Head Island. The beach is 10 minutes away. The surroundings are amazing. We will be back. Olga.

We too think that it is the perfect place to stay while in Hilton Head. We are centrally located and the amentities that Palmetto Dunes has to offer usually meets and exceeds most guests expectations. The beach is a 30 second drive, a 3 minute bike ride and our family walks to the beach on a regular basis, a casual 7 minute stroll. The General Store is a 30 second walk and within a minute walking distance you can golf, play tennis, pickle ball and rent bikes or Kayaks! It's truely a paradise! 1st time staying in Palmetto Dunes and it was amazing! Great condo and location. Walking distance to the general store bike rentals beach, really anywhere in the dunes area. Condo was beautiful and clean! Pool was just a short walk from the condo, kiddos didn’t want to leave Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We love the area!
