Nicely updated Duplex close to the beach, St. Andrews State Park and Marina. Located on the quiet, east end of Panama City Beach. Parking for 4 vehicles if double parked or bring your boat, golf cart, wave runner,, or motorcyle trailer. There is a public Boat ramp just one block away. While most of the Condos on the beach will not allow golf carts, we welcome them. You can bring your own or rent one locally. The Duplex has been nicely updated Summer 2024. Comfortably Sleeps 6.

This property is located in a quiet area on the East end of Panama City Beach. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and traffic is light. It is a completely different feel than the hustle and bustle of beachfront towers. It is nice and relaxing and is still close to numerous restaurants, attractions, St. Andrews State Park, the marina, and more.

The driveway is big enough to fit four vehicles.

The inside of the unit has been completely updated as of July 2024. Almost all furnishings and decor are brand new. The kitchen has been stocked with all the essentials for cooking. Note that consumables like spices and coffee are not provided for heath and safety reason. Linens are also provided. Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo are provided, but you will need to bring or purchase these items for the length of your stay. While linens are provided, beach towels are not. There is a queen bed, a full bed. and a sofa sleeper. Max occupancy is 6. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area.

There is a dining room table that seats four in the eat-in kitchen and a large picnic table on the patio that will seat six. The back patio also has a charcoal grill. There are grill utensils under the kitchen sink. Please clean the grill and utensils if you use them.

There are 3 TVs. The Living room has a 65" TV and the bedrooms each have a 42" TV. Gigabit wifi is provided. You can stream your favorite apps on any of the TVs. Note that we do not provide cable TV. There are several free apps available to stream on the TVs.

While we have no age restrictions, Bay county has imposed age restrictions from March 28-April 11. During this time we cannot rent to anyone under 21 and cannot accept bookings with more than 2 persons under the age of 21 during this 2 week period
