Items are professionally cleaned, shrink-wrapped, and delivered before your arrival. You will bag the linens at the end of your stay for pick-up.

Per HOA Rules, You Must Limit vehicle parking outdoors to one car per bedroom, using off-street parking first.

Welcome Email: You will receive a "Welcome to the Ocean View Beach Club Community" email 18 days prior to arrival, containing valuable information about your vacation home and the community.

Cleaning: Professional cleaning services provided before check-in and after check-out. Guests are expected to remove garbage, clean food spills, and leave the property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and/or video doorbell for security purposes only.
Lease Agreement: By completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals, you agree to all Terms and Conditions in the Lease, available on our website.

Amenities and Pool:
Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day, renters (age 6 and over) must purchase renter wristbands for $38 per person per week. Discounts for longer-term renters may be available. For more info, contact the Clubhouse Committee at OVBCclubhouse@gmail.com.
To purchase an access card or wristband, stop by the clubhouse office during business hours.
The clubhouse is open every day from 5 am to 10 pm. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
The outdoor pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm in season, from the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day.
There's a small library in the clubhouse with plenty of good beach-reads (books and magazines).
The beach shuttle runs on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), plus Memorial Day, July4th , and Labor Day, from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. the shuttle makes three stops in the community (bridge near 34045 Gooseberry Avenue, corner of Old Orchard and Beach Club avenues, and corner of Nantasket and Gooseberry
avenues). That means you don't have to go to the clubhouse to catch the shuttle.
Shuttles run on the half hour from the clubhouse to Bethany Beach (first one leaves at 9:30 am) and on the hour from the beach (last one returns at 4 pm). Passengers six years of age and over must wear an OVBC renter wristband.

House Rules:
* Strict: The lead renter must be at least 25 years of age, sleep over every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group.
* Strict no pets
* Strict no smoking
* Strict occupancy shall not exceed that posted for this home
* Strict no loud parties or student celebrations
* You must adhere to the community / hoa rules.
* If . you don't abide by the house rules, you can be evicted from your vacation home with forfeiture of all monies paid (so please don't break the house rules).
