Master Bedroom: Relax in a king canopy bed with a beautiful view of the stream. Enjoy direct access to the deck, a TV for entertainment, a full mirror, and a comfy chair for reading or unwinding.

Bedroom 2: This upstairs room features a cozy queen bed, a vanity, a reading nook, and calming decor. It also shares access to the Jack & Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids or friends, this upstairs room has two twin beds, a full mirror, and a closet. It also shares access to the Jack & Jill bathroom.

Living Areas

Living Room: Relax and unwind while taking in views of the stream through large windows. The stone fireplace adds warmth and charm, and there’s a smart TV for entertainment. Plus, you can step right out onto the deck for fresh air and even more scenic views.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. There’s a coffee corner to kickstart your day, and the dining area has seating for 6+, with plenty of natural light streaming in from the large windows.

Dining area: Open to the kitchen, there is a dining table and island seating for guests to enjoy a delicious meal with their families. Share stories and laughter in an open setting with large windows offering natural lighting.

Lounge Room: TThis relaxing space is perfect for games or downtime. It has large windows with backyard access, and you can enjoy some friendly competition with games like corn hole or tic-tac-toe on the wall. There's also a cozy indoor tent with light board games for a laid-back hangout.

Outdoor Space

Step out onto the spacious deck, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. It’s a great spot for morning coffee, reading, or enjoying a meal. You’ll also find a fire table and plenty of seating, perfect for relaxing while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

Guest access
Penn Estates is a gated community in the Poconos. Community and Township rules require guests to sign "short-term leases," also referred to as "Guest Registration Forms," for the duration of their stay. These forms will be provided following booking and at least 4 days prior to arrival. To complete the paperwork, each guest must provide their home address, phone number, driver's license, and vehicle information for all vehicles entering the community. A valid driver's license and vehicle registration are required in person at the Welcome Center to receive a gate pass for entry. Failure to fill out the Short-Term Lease/Guest Registration Form 4 days prior to arrival, or on the same day for reservations booked 72 hours or less before check-in, may result in cancellation.

Guests will receive a gate pass for the duration of their stay.

Guests will have full access to the property except for a locked storage/linen closets.
