Our newly renovated home in Mission Valley is the perfect weekend and vacation destination for families and groups looking to get together and make memories in Sunny San Diego. The location is as central as it gets!!! There are dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops in close proximity, and the home is 15 minutes or less from almost every other major attraction in San Diego! We're close to it all.

PARKING:
There is a private driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. Street parking is also free and plentiful.

BEDROOMS:
There are 3 meticulously designed bedrooms that feature quality mattresses and hotel worthy bedding. Each bedroom has it's own closet, dresser, natural light when you need it, and shades when you don't. The bathrooms that accompany them are stocked with plenty of bath towels. We provide soap, conditioner, and body wash in each shower as well.

LIVING ROOM:
Natural light beems in this open flow section of the home. Have a cocktail and a good read by the fireplace, unwind on the genuine leather sofa, or get some work done at the office desk overlooking the canyon. The 75inch TV has every streaming app you could need, as well as live Youtube TV. Plenty of seating to spread out and relax!

THE KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is the heartbeat of the home and has everything you need to cook delicious homemade meals. We have all the basic spices and oils for your use. There's a stainless steel fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal as well. Cooking at home has never been more convenient!

The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bakeware, can opener, corkscrew, and cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, and crock pot as well. Dont forget our elegant coffee bar, equipped with a Nespresso machine, Aerochinno milk frother, and tea kettle. We have plenty of dishes, plates, and a drawer full of tableware to accommodate large groups.

WORKOUT ROOM & SAUNA:
If you're the type who makes health and wellness a priority, this is the perfect place for you!!! Guests have free access to the 2 person electric sauna, and free use of the Peleton exercise bike, dumbbells, kettlebells, and all other workout equipment. Don't hesitate to reach out about the many amazing hikes, trails, and exercise classes around the city as well!!!


OUTDOOR SPACE:
The backyard is the perfect destination for summer bbq's with friends and families or peaceful morning sunrises with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the propane fire pit, and lounge area, or a meal on the outdoor dining table and deck. Cornhole and other lawn games are available for you to enjoy as well!

LAUNDRY:
The unit has its own free washer and dryer for your use.

PARTIES:
No parties are permitted. Please reach out for any specific special events - exceptions may apply with an additional event fee.

PETS:
We have a Pet Fee of $125 per pet, regardless of ESA status (max 2 dogs). Please make sure you're adding a Pet to your booking.

Other things to note
1.) There is a Costco 2min down the road for all of your week-long essentials!

2.) If you're one for public transportation, there is a trolley that makes a stop at Snapdragon Stadium (10min walk). The trolley is a convenient, cheap (and safe) way to get to multiple parts of the city including, Old Town, Little Italy, Downtown, and SDSU, and La Jolla UTC.

3.) Excessive outdoor noise is strictly enforced after 10pm. This is a peaceful neighborhood, so please no parties! Thank you for understanding.
