This property is on a quiet neighborhood street, featuring 2 KING beds, and blackout curtains - perfect for a good night's sleep. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a Washer/Dryer, you can relax and feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a spacious attached dining area. Choose your own adventure for coffee or tea in the morning - we provide a kettle, drip coffee machine, Keurig + pods, and French press. The bathroom includes a hair dryer and a bathtub for added convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

- No pets. We have an outdoor cat, so please do not bring any pets onto the property during your stay.
- This is a smoke-free property. Please do not smoke anywhere inside or outside this home. Smoking will result in a $800 fine.
- Not ADA accessible. There are stairs leading up to the front of the home, as well as to the upper level.
- City mandated quiet hours are 9pm-8am on weekdays and 10pm-8am on weekends.
- We live in the adjoining townhome, ready to ensure you have a perfect stay in our lovely city!
