Beachfront 2BR Apt with Pool, Fabulous Balcony & Sea Views, Steps To Old City

Looking for a quiet, relaxing beachfront place with a pool, fabulous view of the Caribbean, and just a short walk to the Old City? Casa Barbara Cartagena is a furnished, two bedroom/2.5 bath modern apartment with AC, hot water, wifi & balcony -- perfect for two couples, a couple of friends, or a small family! It is my home when in Cartagena but available for 30+ night stays when I am not in town.

The apartment is on the 15th floor with a balcony that goes the length of the apartment. You'll love watching the sun set each evening over the Caribbean! You also have a great view north to the Marbella/Crespo area of the coast and beyond, as well as a sneak peak from the balcony at the part of the Old City wall called "La Tenaza."

The building is in the Cabrero district and was built in 2010, has 24 hour reception, two elevators; and a pool (15Mx4M), jacuzzi, sauna, & social area on the 7th floor.

Each bedroom has night tables, reading lamps, small desk with chair, full length mirror, a private full bath with walk in closet, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which lead out to the balcony & hammock just outside the door!

--Bedroom 1 has the option of two XL twin beds (1 x 2 meters each) or a king bed (2 x 2 meters)
--Bedroom 2 has a US standard queen sized bed bed (1.53 x 2 mts)

The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking & eating and there is counter seating plus a table for four. The living area has a nice seating plus opens right up to the balcony, where this is a table with chairs. There is a half bath off the living area.

In addition, there is a laundry area with washer/dryer, clothes drying racks & laundry sink.

**INTERACTION WITH GUESTS**
I lived in Cartagena for over two years and would be happy to help in any way I can either via email/phone prior to your arrival or during your stay. In addition, Walter & Tara, a US couple who have lived in Cartagena for 10+ years and who live a 7 minute walk from the apartment, will help as needed while you are there.


House rules:
*No smoking/vaping (not even on the balcony), drugs or pets
*No parties or loud music
*Guests pay for any damages beyond normal wear & tear
*Non-registered guests only with prior permission; no overnight unregistered guests allowed
*I will need to supply the building administration with full names and an ID number (passport or cédula) for all members of your party in order for you to be allowed to enter the building
*Please turn off AC, fans, lights, etc, whenever you leave the apartment
*There is a keyless entry system for the apartment; code will be given to you during the week prior to your check-in.
