Newly renovated bright, sunny and impeccable 2 bedroom + office, Cape Cod on 1/4 acre in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, less than 5 minutes from beautiful Iroquois Park with walking, hiking, tennis, golfing, outdoor theater, dining and more. 5 minutes by car from UofL, 12 min from downtown Louisville and the Yum Ctr. Lovely home with a private large, fenced yard, patio gas grilling and backyard dining surrounded by nature, ~ 5 min from Churchill Downs, the Expo Ctr., and the University of Louisville.
The home is on a quiet side street with driveway parking for 2 cars, just off historic Frederick Law Olmsted designed Southern Parkway, in walking distance to one of the city's favorite neighborhood coffee shops, casual and award-winning restaurants like the Vietnamese Kitchen, B.A. Colonial Gardens w Family Dining , Costa del Sol w Mexican/Latin/Carribean Dining, Sushi and Pho w Asian dining, plus a walking distance Grocery Store, Walgreens & CVS.

Downstairs, it has a queen size master bedroom with plenty of storage, large mirror, TV, bedside table and reading lighting, the bathroom features a tub and shower with storage and stocked with all needed start up supplies for long-term rentals. The basement offers storage space, a washer and dryer, plus work out equipment for use at the guest's own risk.

Nice and quiet

We rented the property for two and half months this summer. The owner is very sweet and helpful any time you need her. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. House is clean and everything you need to live in a home is there and more.

Long weekend in Louisville

We had a wonderful time enjoying the town and the house, quiet neighborhood near attractions in Louisville. House was for perfect for our group and everything we needed. Look forward to returning in the future.

Great property, convenient location, amazing property owner!

The property is fantastic! The house itself is great, and made for a truly enjoyable stay. Gabriele (The property owner) is so very friendly and accommodating, I'm just so happy that she confirmed my request for this stay. The property is conveniently located, well furnished, and has space to relax and enjoy. The yard is fenced in with lots of room, an outdoor table and chairs, and a fire pit as well. We very much enjoyed being able to relax outside and enjoy the weather and unwind from a long day with a small fire. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Had an awesome stay!

Had an overall great stay at this house. We stayed at this house for 3 months to work in the area. It's a nice house in a great area of Louisville. The owner was super awesome and checked in with us just to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The house is minutes from fun but yet is far away enough to relax in a quiet neighborhood. If I'm in the area again I will definitely try to stay here again!

Awesome home and experience!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home - there was nothing that we needed that you didn't provide! It was well equipped and all of us had our own comfortable space to relax when we needed it! The backyard is amazing, so shady and cool even on a hot day and the fireflies at night were just awesome. We were so close to everything and it was so easy to jump on the highway to get downtown or to the convention center. The neighborhood is just beautiful and the house is one of the nicest on the street. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us, we all so much enjoyed our stay and made some great memories on our family vacation.

The property was well kept and as described.

Gabrielle was a God send for us. We had been trying to rent for almost 2 weeks but all the other property owners never kept their calendars up to date so we had no luck anywhere else. So we agreed to stay a little farther out of town and Gabrielle property was available. She wasn't going to rent her property this week but she saw that we were in a bind and agreed to rent to us. What a blessing it was. Situated in a nice neighborhood and ample room for 4 of us to stay and relax. We found out during the week that we were her 1st renters of the property. She's very nice and is available if anything goes wrong. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Louisville.
