Located among some of the most luxurious lodgings of San Juan, this beautiful second floor accommodation is suitable for up to four guests right in front of Laguna del Condado. Plenty of space east facing view looking out onto the Atlantic Ocean with incredible sunrises that will energize your day. Look down upon 500 year old Fort San Geronimo and catch glimpses of manatees and stingrays swimming in the lagoon. Just minutes into your stay, the ocean breeze and incredible views will melt away the stress of life.

*The Condado Lagoon Villas are not short in amazing amenities including a BACKUP GENERATOR and WATER TANK in case of an interruption in electrical or water services ensuring a comfortable stay. In addition, Concierge Services, Fitness Room, Laundry Facilities (COIN OPERATED), its own private pool and jacuzzi only for guests and walkable access to incredible dining.

*This unit has been newly renovated to provide a fresh and modern feel throughout including stylish modern art.

*The studio provides perfect comfort along with functionality, chic touches and a new entertainment system including a large Smart TV and High Speed WiFi perfect for anyone working remotely while they escape to Puerto Rico. A two person dining table doubles as an easy workspace for any task you may need to complete during your stay.

*The bathroom has a single vanity and stand up shower outfitted with all the necessities such as towels and INITIAL SETS of Shampoo and Soap.

*The space has a kitchenette featuring a full refrigerator, sink, two burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and pantry.

*Management will provide INITIAL SETS of TRAVEL SIZE soap and shampoo, toilet paper plus paper towel, coffee, dish sponge and soap. Two Bath Towels and One Beach Towel per guest. Housekeeping is not included during the stay; make sure to bring your personal items to meet your needs.

*Getting around the area is a breeze from the villas. UBER is widely available for traveling anywhere in the San Juan area and can be called directly to the complex.

*Condado provides motorized scooter rentals for a fee and the complex is perfectly located along oceanfront pathways that allow you to walk to both Old San Juan and across the footbridge to New San Juan. If you choose to rent a vehicle, paid parking is available at the Normandie, Paseo Caribe and Caribe Hilton.

A beautiful place located on the coast over looking bay area. Awesome national parks in old San Juan. Recommend a walking tour to get the history. Beach access is within couple hundred meters. The place had all the comforts of home including beach chairs and a cooler. Quick uber ride or decent walk to restaurants or Old San Juan. Host was very responsive for any questions. Would recommend.

Loved our stay!

Loved our stay. The place was very clean and checking in was very smooth at the front desk below.The pool and hot tub are also quite nice! The host was lovely. All around I recommend. :)

Good location

Nice place, close to most tourist attractions, downtown restaurants and clubs and historic sites.Lagoon view, easy to get around with Uber if you don't have a car. The room has everything you need to be comfortable - terrace, nice kitchen, bathroom. Would love to have had more towels, two just seem too little for two people for a week but there were beach towels so we improvised. They do have laundry on premisis but no one really wants to do laundry on vacation Good places right up the street for eating and the Hilton has nice shops and good places too. All in all good stay, good location and easy process!

Nice unit

Newly remodeled. Nice, clean, comfortable condo. Balcony for morning coffee was nice with water view. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan. Itā€™s a longer walk but we did walk to Old San Juan a couple times.

Beautiful amazing stay and i would stay here again. The only issue i had was upon arriving to our room after a long fight, the fire alarm beeping would not turn off since it was low battery. I contacted the host and they did nothing about it so i had to go on a mission recement battery and take care if
