The views from this 3rd-floor condo's open balcony are awe-inspiring from sunrise through the starry night sky. From watching waves throughout the day to the beautiful lights on the pier at night, it's a memorable vacation spot! The primary suite has a king-size bed and the other two bedrooms have queens. Sit on the balcony in the morning and enjoy the warm sun while watching the dolphins play and enjoying your morning coffee. You can park up to two cars in the off-street private parking lot the entire time you are here as everything is within easy walking distance. The property is clean and comfortable with inviting decor and TV's in every bedroom. It is one of the nicest condos on the beach! Beach lovers can enjoy the ocean from the balcony or by walking directly onto the beach. During the summer enjoy the water at one of the only sections of the beach with a lifeguard. Those who like to fish can walk less than one block down to the Folly Beach Fishing Pier to join other anglers. Great restaurants, fresh seafood vendors, and a grocery store are all nearby. This condo is a great base to explore the beach and then the Historic City of Charleston. Sand Castle in the Sky allows up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building.
