Check-in was easy, Brittany was awesome to work with...she was informative and responsive, super fast. The house was even better than the photos, the amenities were terrific, the layout of the house was really great for families, the upstairs was the adult zone, the kids loved downstairs. Would also be good for multiple families. Loved sitting out reading with my morning coffee. We had a few visits from a mama bear and her 2 cubs, so pay attention. The location was a good spot to serve as home base for enjoying pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, you were away from the hustle but not remote, close to a few of the main roads back into town. We loved moutain medicine, totally recommend the house, great property.

Mountain medicine was wonderful!

The only bad things I have to say, and they were very minor things. Number one checking in our door code would not work, but quickly fixed with a phone call. The back porch light didnā€™t work, which again not a big deal at all. There were several other lights that managed just fine. Remote downstairs in the kids bathroom volume control was broken not able to adjust volume. The volume was stuck at 1. The third thing was the jacuzzi bath, the jets were turned on and there was black sediment that filled the bottom the tub. Overall 5 stars and would stay here again. There was plenty room for everyone and the place was very clean. There was enough privacy with enough convenience to everything you need. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Cabin - Awesome outdoor space

Just a family of 3, but we wanted a large cabin that had plenty of things to keep our family occupied. The cabin is beautiful and well decorated. Comfortable furniture and beds. The rooms and bathrooms are all very large with lots of windows. The outdoor space was perfect and we spent most of our time outside. Everything was labeled with very clear directions on how to operate. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and baking. The pool was not as big as we expected a bit cold but overall it was nice. The pool door alarm is a bit intense but understand the need for safety. The hot tub heated up quickly after we arrived and we were able to get in the first night. I would recommend to shut the pacman machine down before going to bed otherwise it makes noise every 30 minutes. We brought our own blower so we were able to get all the leaves off the putt putt area. If you are staying during the fall bring a blower!

We have stayed in the area multiple times and this was our least favorite house. The pool in the house is barely larger than a hot tub. It looked green to us and had a bit of dirt at the bottom. When I reached out to bliss vacation staff and showed them a photo of what the pool water looked like compared to an online photo I was told that the online photos are heavily edited. No one in our group ended up using the pool. When we first arrived to the cabin my 14 year old daughter found a condom wrapper in one of the bunk beds. The firepit on the back porch was gone. We were basically told 'oh well, you have another fire pit so you're not without'. But the one missing was on the back patio, a nicer area, and with nicer furniture around it. We were bummed about it. And we hadn't come prepared with firewood bc we were expecting to use the gas fire pit that should have been on the patio. Fridge had multiple broken shelves which limited storage.Patio has quite a bit of mold around it, as does some of the furniture on the patio. The mini golf is in rough shape. Not smooth. You need a blower to clean it off before use. Another amenity we didn't use. The air conditioner couldn't keep up with the house. One day we came back and it was 80 degrees in the house. Hours later when we went to bed it was still 78 degrees so it was a hot night trying to fall asleep. I reached out to staff on a few issues and they did not come across as friendly.

We always strive to be respectful, friendly, and accommodating to all of our guests. For clarity, this guest arrived more than four hours before the designated check-in time, let themselves inside, and declined to allow our team the time needed to properly prepare the property. At no point were we rude ā€” we simply reserved the right to ask them to return at check-in so our staff could finish their work and ensure the home was ready. The indoor pool is professionally serviced after every departure by a licensed pool vendor. The photo the guest referenced was not from our listing but from another online source, which we explained at the time. Itā€™s also important to note that none of the other issues mentioned here were reported during the stay. We encourage our guests to reach out to us right away with any concerns so we can address them promptly. We take pride in being responsive and providing the best possible experience, and we would have gladly assisted if given the opportunity.
