Gather your family to make some fun memories at the lake! Tucked away in a quiet cove, the private dock is the perfect place to swim and fish. Bring your boat and conveniently tie up to the dock. The rural setting makes for calm water (perfect for water sports) and beautiful stars. The flat lot gives you easy access to the water and plenty of space to play yard games or have a campfire down by the sun deck. You'll love the babbling fountain and the spacious deck. The pool table, smart TVs and board games offer entertainment after a day out on the water. A NEW game room was recently added - ping pong, foosball, bball arcade, and play cafe! Whether you are out on the water or enjoying some down time, this house has plenty to keep your group busy.

Since the home is in a rural setting please plan on stocking up on groceries before you arrive, in either Warsaw or Sunrise Beach. Some essentials are available at a Dollar General which is about a 20 min drive from the property. There are some narrow and windy roads on the way to the house, but towing on this road has never been an issue. The last half mile to the house is gravel road. There is plenty of parking with room for 4 cars in the driveway and trailer parking in the gravel driveway to the left of the garage.

We have a doorbell camera at the entrance to the house and also a security camera above the deck on the lakeside of the house. These will be ON during your stay.
