Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom condo at the highly sought-after Eagles Resort, renowned for its prime location and family-friendly amenities. This cozy retreat is designed for relaxation and adventure, making it the ideal base for your mountain getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements:

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap.
SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:
The location is amazing and one of the best ski in/out on the mountain. The Eagles Complex is right on Hummingbird ski run, which is a green run that leads directly to the Ridge Rocket & Plaza Chair. Kids and beginners can easily ski in & out. Step out the ski locker door & go. This run is also lit for night skiing. The Village Centre is a short stroll through the tunnel.
**This property will sleep 7 adults MAX but there a crib as well as 3 single mattresses for 3 little kids and a baby**
For added convenience, the condo includes free Wi-Fi, and guests can access the communal laundry room and secure ski storage.
Listing Access:
Guests have private access to the entire condo and one undergound parking stall. Guests are able to enter via keypad. You will also have access to the communal pool and hot tub. There is no ensuite washer/dryer so be prepared to bring coins for the on-site laundry room.

The resort’s amenities include a large indoor/outdoor hot tub, a sauna, and a games room, making it easy to relax and entertain both kids and adults after a day of skiing. The heated underground parking and wheelchair-accessible facilities further enhance the convenience and comfort of your stay.
Listing Transit:
Big White Ski Resort is just an hour’s drive from Kelowna International Airport. Guests can rent a car or take advantage of shuttle services that provide direct access to the resort. Once there, the ski-in/ski-out location means you can leave your car parked and easily get around the village on foot or skis.

Additional Parking: Overnight parking is available by permit only at the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot. Permits are required, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.
Permit Costs: Overnight Parking: $25 per night, per vehicle (no trailers allowed). Weekly Parking: $125 per week, per vehicle (no trailers or RVs/campers allowed). RV/Camper Parking: $50 per night, per RV/camper (maximum of 7 nights per season).
- Ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat. No parties or large events permitted. - All garbage and recycling must be taken to the garbage and recycling bins in the parkade
Pets are not permitted in this rental. We appreciate your understanding as this is strictly enforced. Please note that any violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Thank you for your cooperation.
This property is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco, cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone! Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. This a no-smoking property. No pets allowed. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.

Best Ski Place
Perfect condo for our two families. Clean, comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Just a few steps out the front door to a green run that takes you right down to the main lifts. Ideal Ski in ski out situation. Short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wonderful views of the groomers in the morning and then skiiers going by from the living room. As an added bonus, you can watch the weekly Happy Valley fireworks from your living room!
