The house was spacious, clean and comfortable with a spectacular water view. There was excellent communication and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

This was a great house with a gorgeous view! The house was so clean and loved the location to everywhere we needed to be for a family wedding. The house was nicely updated which was a nice touch and David was super informative about the check in process and very quick to respond if we had a question. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful home with great water view

Absolutely perfect get away! The house was newly renovated and everything was top of the line. Many special touches, even spices in the kitchen for my gourmet cook partner to create with! David, the host, was responsive and accomdating. Could not have asked for a better experience and hope to stay again as part of our next New England adventure!

Great location

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay in a home with a fantastic view. A few things to consider:- parking was fine for us, but our main goal was to visit with family, and there was no parking for them- I'm allergic to mold, and there is some mold there, requiring me to take allergy meds 2x per day - The beds are okay but not as comfortable as I was hoping - walkway was rough on the knees, very uneven

i Lori, Thank you for staying with us over the holidays and we appreciate your feedback. We wish you had reached out about your concerns prior to checkout to see if we could have addressed them to improve your stay. We understand your frustration with the parking, however the limited parking is mentioned in the listing and we do not recommend having large parties or events at our property. We are hoping to put in a bigger driveway that is closer to the house in the future, but we will update the listing to reflect it is about a 30 foot walk from the parking to the front door. As for the mold, we were not able to locate any mold in our brand new renovation after your checkout. Because the house is on the waterfront there is a lot of moisture in the air. As for the beds, we would be curious to know which beds were not comfortable for you and why? The beds and bedding are practically brand new and include down pillows, comforters and duvet covers. If there’s anything we can do to improve the comfort for all guests we would like to know.
