This space is just minutes from downtown Bristol and all of the local events, restaurants, bars, and shops in the downtown area! It is also close driving distance to Bristol Motor Speedway and Hard Rock's Bristol Casino and just around the corner from King University.

The home features five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main level offers one bedroom, one full bath, and the common area including a kitchen, breakfast area, formal dining room, and living room. Upstairs you will find another full bath along with four bedrooms. You'll love the backyard area with a fire pit, grill, and patio furniture to enjoy the outdoor living space with your family and friends.

Other things to note: We are in love with with this historic home and are really proud of the work that has been done to restore it, however keep in mind that the home is more than 100 years old. The original hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful, but they do squeak and creak a little when you walk on them. They may be a little uneven in places as well.
