The Best Location Across the Beach!

Thank you Erika!

Thank you very much for your kind words. The reward of our work is to know that families who stay at our vacation home have enjoyed their stay and made memorable memories.

Angela, it was my pleasure!

Hi Janelle, thank you for complementing my decorator skills. I knew that you'd find our place is very conveniently located and I'm glad that you got to enjoy our outdoor space. As for our mattresses, all of them have a pillow top which may be what you noticed. Also in the second bedroom the mattresses are a medium firm, whereas, the room with the queen bed. is extra firm. This is a perposefull decision in order to give option to guests who may not like extra firm mattresses. Mia

Thank you Christiana, nothing pleases me more than to hear that our guest had a fantastic time! Mia

Linda, thank you for choosing our slice of paradise and for being the best of the short term rental business. We will be happy to welcome you and family on a return visit. Mia

Paul thank you for a lovely and great review. I will share your review on Kookie Coconuts with them. It was lovely having your family stay at our place. Looking forward to welcoming you all back some day. Mia

Thank you very much Walsh Family! Your comment speaks to me that we're doing it right and it's my sincere pleasure.

Thank you! Our guests comfort and enjoyment is our primary concern.

Hannah thank you! Your enthusiasm and joy shines bright in your review of our slice of paradise. It is very rewarding to me to hear your joy. Thanks You!

Robert, we're very pleased that our little slice of paradise was a great fit for your vacation plans. Thank you & we look forward to be of service to you again someday. Mia

Robert, thank you so much for stating that you found our place to be "Really Nice"! We are very appreciative of your 5 Star Rating. But I also feel compelled with the need to apologize for any confuion or misunderstanding that you may've had or experienced about our location. First: There's not much space allowed on the Main Header of the listing for such a long description. For this reason, Vrbo provides a space in each listing, under the property's pictures, "ABOUT THIS RENTAL". In the second paragraph, we provide a more exact description of the property and its location in relation to the beach. "The beach is just a short walk across the street, with beach access at either corner. Also, in our pictures, the second slide is of the front balcony where the street is in clear view. Vrbo also thoroughly verifies all our information before our listing is published. As for your secondary concern, I assure you that it is being addressed. Again, we are very appreciative to have been able to host you and your party. Mia

Thank you Stacy! You described our little slice of paradise to a "T" Mario & I look forward to welcoming you back.

Hi Mary! I'm so pleased that you found everything to your liking and specifications. Thank you for texting me that photo of your adorable 4 legged baby. My Snow also loves looking out the window. I wish that I could've controlled the traffic down Gulf Blvd. to make your enjoyment of the back patio more satisfying. Like you say, "it's a great hangout space". Again, thank you!

Thank you Anne! It is guests like you who make this venture such a joy! I'm so pleased that y'all had such a wonderful stay. When I read to my husband your compliment, he said, "take our your description and insert her words". I look forward to hear from you some day and by then, we may meet in person. Again, thank you! Mia

Tim, why didn't you address your concern with me? ln your case, I charged two fees, cleaning & Pet fee, which are standard fees for area rentals. I have no control on fees charged by Vrbo. I hope all is well with your family. Mia

Thank you very much Mr. Ceballos. It is always very rewarding to hear that our guests enjoyed our slice of Paradise as much as our family.
