Location, Location, Location! Park the car- then rest and relax at the beach.
Just 1.5 blocks to the ocean and the Washington Street Mall.

Walk to enjoy restaurants and shopping and sightseeing
Convenient to everything - you are in the hub of the town and all its attractions!
Bedroom setup:
First-floor master w/queen bed and private bath
Second Floor master w/queen bed and private bath and adjoining room w/bunk beds
Second Floor room w/two twins (can add hotel rollaway for a third bed in each)
Second Floor Full Bath
First Floor Powder room


Each side has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and an outside shower on each side. TVs are in the master suites and living rooms and the entire house is air-conditioned and zoned by floor.
The home is 15 years young and the layout promotes comfort and convenience. Everything you need is there except you and your family and friends!

The backyard is fenced in w/picnic tables and grill ready for croquet and a bar-b-que. There is an outside shower for your convenience when returning from the beach.

Enjoy the front porch to sit and smell the ocean breeze!

Just Right

Our family enjoyed our stay at Lisa's home. We had more than adequate room for the nine of us. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. The fenced in backyard provided a safe area for our little ones to play during meal prep time. Being within walking distance to so many attractions was so convenient. My son, daughter-in-law(7 months pregnant) and husband appreciated the bicycles. We certainly made use of the beach wagon and beach box. We recommend this rental highly.

Great House and Location

The house is in a great location near the center of town and a couple of blocks from the beach. Everything was in great working order and the kitchen is well appointed. The beach box with chairs and umbrellas is a great convenience!

Wonderful house near beach

We had a great time staying here. The house is clean and pleasant with a nice backyard. It's a very short walk to the beach. Lisa was great about proactively contacting us and making sure that everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again!

PERFECT for a girls weekend getaway!

This place was perfect for our getaway weekend! Not easy to find a place with enough bathrooms and beds for 10 women and this place had lots of room! The house also has all the amenities you need and parking for at least 3 cars. 3 blocks to the beach and walking distance to the best parts of Cape May. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable

We had a wonderful stay in Lisa’s property June 2020. The house was clean on arrival, plenty of space for several adults and a young child. Kitchen was fully stocked, beach box had plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and the location was absolutely perfect. Lisa was very responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely book this property again!

Great location - food, beach, shops

We had a great weekend in Cape May an enjoyed are time in the house. We had a group of 9 adult friends and fit comfortable around the house - most in twin beds with two queens. Loved the large backyard. Could hear the ocean from the front porch.

Cape May Gem

Great property in short walking distance to everything what Cape May has to offer. Lisa is wonderful person to deal with. Our group of 6 adults and 5 kids had a wonderful time. House is very spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Kids enjoyed the backyard, toys, and books. Highly recommended place to stay.

Great beach house, perfect location

We spent the weekend in Cape May for a wedding and the house couldn't have been better. It was a perfect size for us (me, my wife, my 8 month old daughter, Mom and 8 year old lab) to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Tons of windows let in a lot of light and the house was nice and airy. I would absolutely recommend the house for a large family or several couples looking for a getaway.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Myself and 5 friends rented this property for a relaxing bachelorette get away. Upon arrival, there were a few things we noticed in terms of cleanliness. However, it wasn’t until that night when we were going to sleep when we found stains on blankets and hair on sheets. It was very clear these blankets had not been washed. At 11pm, we were inconvenienced with going to Walmart to buy blankets. The next day, an 85 degree day, the air conditioning stopped working. We spend the entire day and night without AC in brutal heat. We reached out to the host who assured us that someone would be going to fix it the next day, despite the fact that we were leaving the next day and therefore we had no choice but to sleep in these awful conditions. Both the host Lisa and VRBO have been extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic to our situation. What was supposed to be a relaxing bachelorette turning into an unsuccessful attempt to find any available hotel in the area, scrambling for relief from the brutal heat and humidity. Do not stay here. Lisa will advertise that there is AC when it is very clearly on its last leg and needs maintenance. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where the host cares about you enjoying your stay and your well-being.

Cape May Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect and extras such as bikes, chairs, boogie boards was a nice extra. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The owners was very attentive to our questions and needs.

Great location

We stayed at this property for two nights only. Great location, didn’t have a chance to use everything this house had to offer. I would recommend it for a larger group. The beach box was very useful.

This house was PERFECT. The location was in walking distance to everything including the beach. Beautiful, huge backyard. Would definitely recommend. Lisa was also always available when I had questions prior to our trip & she even checked in during.

Centrally located

Lisa’s place was centrally located, park your car and enjoy Cape May on foot. One group was able to walk to the beach, while another was able to enjoy the town. The location could not have been any better. The house was well equipped with everything a family could need for a short or long stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of positives with this property! Very clean and bright! The landlord was very attentive! Beach box included. Shower stalls a little tight and couches could be a little more comfortable , but overall a very nice place to stay! Thanks Lisa!

Wonderful property and location

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this home. For the price and the location it is 100% a great value. The house could use some upgrades however. The ceiling in the kitchen is peeling and appears to have water damage, the front porch as wood that is splitting and rotting and the back yard space could use an upgrade. At the risk of being overly picky, this house was PERFECT for what we were looking for and we wouldn't think twice before renting it again. We would highly recommend the property to prospective buyers.

Easy Beach Living

So close to the beach and the use of the beach box made it easy to go to the beach for a few hours or just 20 minutes without all the hassle of carrying chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.

Great stay and great location!

We were so thankful to find a house on somewhat short notice that accepted pets (our pandemic puppy!) and was in such a great location in Cape May. Plenty of space, huge backyard for our pup to run around and walking distance to everything! We also appreciated Lisa being a great communicator!

This house can be rented alone or along with its sister next door! For large groups rent both sides! They are identical in layout and can share the large backyard for gatherings and functions.
