Villa Summer Feeling - newly built, on water, pool & spa

This stylish and modernly furnished new villa offers an exceptional pool and spa area. It is located directly on the Lotus Canal in a central location in South West Cape Coral, providing a good boating location.

The villa impresses with its high-quality and cozy, open and bright design. The house has a spacious living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen and can accommodate up to six people. The three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable king-size beds and each have an adjoining bathroom. The master bathroom has a free-standing bathtub and two separate sinks. Two bedrooms lead directly to the pool, and a bathroom is also accessible from the pool.

The entire space is air-conditioned. A separate room is available as a retreat: either as an office with a desk for working or as a reading lounge with a comfortable armchair. The villa has free, fast WiFi.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped including a Nespresso machine and a separate fridge for wine and drinks. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area with a large window front or outside on the covered lanai. A barbecue can be prepared on the high-quality gas grill.

The fantastic outdoor and pool area is west exposure and is protected by a large screen. The comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax - as does the comfortable outdoor lounge with TV and LED fireplace.

The spacious, heated saltwater pool allows you to swim laps or relax on the sunledge in ankle-deep water. In the infinity spa you can enjoy the famous Florida sunsets with a cool drink. The salt-based pool filter system ensures pleasant, skin-friendly water, so that eye irritation can also be avoided. There is a pool fence to protect the little ones.

For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. Four ceiling speakers in the living room, kitchen and dining area as well as two in the lanai.

The first-class location of the Villa Summer Feeling is definitely worth highlighting: central, but still very quiet! Numerous shops and restaurants can be reached within a very short time by car. The villa is also an ideal starting point for a variety of activities, for example the dream beaches of Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach are only about 30 minutes by car. You can also be on the open water by boat in just about 30 minutes, riding through one of the most beautiful areas of Cape Coral. In the garage you will find a cooler, beach chairs and beach equipment for your excursions.

There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
