We are 20 mins from the Sacramento International Airport and conveniently minutes from highway 99 and interstate 5.

The driveway is large enough for 3 standard vehicles and with plenty of street parking on the side of the house. Garage access upon request.

Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.

- We provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, laundry/dishwasher detergent, towels, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, salt & pepper. THINK OF THESE AS "STARTER KITS". ***We highly recommend you bring extra items or personal preferences if you wish, especially if you are staying for an extended time.

THE LOCATION

We are steps away from a nature reserve with a paved trail that leads to a brand new park with a splash pad. Splash pad is operated seasonally. We are conveniently located near two major freeways, Highway 99 and Interstate 5.

HEATING & COOLING
We are equipped with central air and heating with dual thermostats on the main and 2nd floor. We have provided a tower fan in each room for your comfort as well.

INTERNET
High speed internet is available. Network and password will be provided upon check-in.

OUTDOOR SPACE
In the backyard, we have benches and patio set with umbrella for you to relax. We have a small garden with herbs and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Feel free to use what is available.

SECURITY
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed an outdoor security camera on the front garage and a front doorbell camera. Please do not tamper with alarm panel inside the home. Absolutely NO security cameras anywhere inside the home.
Guest access
Make yourself at home to our entire home. You may also use the garage (upon request) however no garage remote will be provided. Do not attempt to gain access to any locked owners closets, sheds and storage containers.
Other things to note
This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry.

Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the home.

Conveniently located near main streets and you may hear occasional cars. Keeping the doors and windows close will minimize the noise substantially.

Our home is professionally treated for pests. Being steps away from a nature reserve, you may occasionally encounter small insects or bugs on the property.

Please respect and care for our home as if it were your own.
