Thank you for bringing this to our attention, William. We sincerely apologize for the issue found, wish we had been given the opportunity during your stay to send in a new crew to remedy this. Thank you Valerie for your kind review. Our aim is to provide clean and comfortable accommodations and sincerely apologize that housekeeping left something to be desired, as this is uncharacteristic of our level of service, even as we deal with unprecedented times resulting in staffing issues along with all of our fellow businesses. We make every effort to be responsive to our guests' needs and requests and hope that this wasn't something that was reported and missed since we do reach out after check-in asking about the condition of the home in case our inspectors missed something. We appreciate your taking the time to leave your feedback and we take it very seriously! Thank you again for your feedback, and we are happy to hear you enjoyed your time here!

Tanga, Thank you for your review of Doggone Perfect on the Outer Banks! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our outdoor fireplace for bug-free evenings and marshmallow roasting. We appreciate your feedback regarding maintenance issues and will address them promptly to enhance your future visits. See you again soon!
