🌟 Please note: For insurance and safety purposes, exterior security cameras are installed on the property. These are owner-operated and monitor only outdoor areas—there are no cameras inside the home.

⭐ Our trash pickup day is on Tuesdays. Trash bins should be rolled from the side of the house to the curb on Monday evenings for a Tuesday morning pickup.
