    We were only there for the night. The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. TVs were large and modern.The host was very helpful and quick to respond. It was so nice that I almost hesitate to mention a negative but the living room area needs a recliner or another chair besides just the couch.

    Perfect Stay!

    Very nice stay at the townhome! Owners were very responsive and the townhome was nicely updated & spacious. We would definitely recommend the townhome!

    Great place

    Very nice property. Super clean and had everything we needed. Quite neighborhood, close to shopping and good restaurants. Manager very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

    Clean - Easy Access

    This little townhouse was a great location for an employee to stay during her visit. The place is very clean, brand new, and nicely decorated.

    Great location

    This was a great location for us, with easy access to downtown and shopping on Dawsonville Pike. The house is new and clean. It could use a few more cups, glasses, flatware, etc.

    Great Stay

    The townhome is beautiful and the owner was wonderful to work with! Communication was superb! This is located directly across from Lakeshore Mall, within 3-5 minutes of downtown Gainesville, many shops and restaurants.

    Just what we needed

    The house fit exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. The location was convenient and we had no problems with our checkin. Thank you for a great experience! I highly recommend.

    The property was exactly as described. It was clean and spacious. The property manager was easily accessible and addressed any questions, concerns promptly. I was there visiting a family member in the hospital and the location was perfect

    Exactly what we needed

    Great stay. Tania was excellent! Minimally, but adequately furnished. Our only feedback is the beds are ‘creeky’ and not of the same quality as the rest of the property. (Maybe check bed frames for tightness?). Definitely recommend Townhouse 1!!!

    Townhome at Gainesville

    We enjoyed our stay. There are several issues that is easy to improve: 1. Shoul install Handrail in the bathroom. 2. The water in the bathrooms should be constant water temperature (hot/warm). 3. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was extremely hard and uncomfortable. 3. There were ants in the kitchen and master suite. Overall, it was a beautiful Townhome.

    Convenient location

    The property is centrally located to everything we needed for our short stay. The townhouse is extremely understocked. Not nearly enough towels and the kitchen is bare. There was not even a starter trash bag in the entire townhouse. I also agree with other reviews that the beds are super loud & creaky!I was surprised after reading previous reviews to find that it wasn't as clean as we were expecting. Hair was left in both beds and there was sticky stuff on the floor downstairs that had not been cleaned. When we arrived the air had been left on and it was 50 degrees inside the unit on a very chilly night. The host was quick to respond and help us correct the heat issue so that was much appreciated.

    Family wedding

    Everything was nice and clean. Belk, Walmart, and restaurant are just five minutes away. The coffee was provided which was nice. I suggest you take your own skillet if you plan on cooking. A few more towels and wash rags would have been nice. The master bath had two bath towels two hand towels and one wash rag. We stayed three nights so we hung up our towels and used them every day. We bought wash rags at Walmart. The master bed was comfortable, the bed frame needed an upgrade as was very noisy. The hostess was very nice and would respond very quickly to questions asked. Over all it was a nice place with a lot of room for four people. We felt very safe and secure. The neighborhood was a bit on the rundown side with many houses needing repairs.
