Welcome to your Sea Ranch escape. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath house sleeps up to 2 and places you near iconic coastal trails with an ocean-view setting and a relaxing hot tub.



The Space:

Designed as an easygoing coastal retreat for two, this single-bedroom house offers a simple, comfortable base to explore Sea Ranch. Take in sea views, then head out to the nearby Walk on Beach and Bluff Top trails for beach time, tide pools, and sunset strolls.

After your day out, unwind with a soak in the hot tub and fire up the outdoor BBQ for dinner. There’s outdoor seating for laid-back evenings and a DVD player for movie nights. You’ll also have the convenience of a private washer and dryer during your stay. Guests also have access to a communal outdoor pool within the Sea Ranch community.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: The house has stairs (please see photos).

• WiFi/Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural Sea Ranch location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Parking: Please use only the home’s designated parking areas. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking.

• Construction is currently taking place across the street from the property. At this time, no confirmed completion date has been provided.

• Pet policy: Pets strictly not allowed due to allergies and health concerns. Please contact us if you need assistance finding a pet friendly home. Any violation of the NO pet policy will result in a minimum $750 fine

• Communal amenities: Guests have access to a communal outdoor pool within the Sea Ranch community. These amenities are managed by the HOA and availability can vary.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are available for guest use.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
