BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: One (1) parking pass maximum included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The fridge was absolutely the worst part, rusty and filthy looking on the outside. Furniture was dingy. The beds and bedroom was very nice. View from the balcony was great!Host was very good at communicating times and things to do.

Great location, terrible parking

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for quick and easy beach access and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. The unit was in decent shape. It could use some updates (replace the fridge or at least paint the fridge door) but we didn't spend much time indoors so it was fine. The biggest problem (BIG) was parking. There are not enough spaces, especially in a world of large cars. We ended up getting a spot after midnight on our arrival day and took uber when we needed to go out during the rest of our stay to avoid facing the mess again.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were simple. The view from the balcony is fabulous. We enjoyed a lot of time relaxing on the beautiful beach. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond with helpful info.

Wonderful

Very clean well kept place. Exactly as described. We had a great time. Will be staying in Gulf Shores more. Building was quiet. Beds comfortable. Very clean.

We loved the location and beach access. The view was great and we watched the dolphins every morning. The property was clean but appliances were not good, although they might have worked. We did not use the dishwasher as the bottom had come loose and we just did not trust it. We did not use the dryer because of the condition of the interior. We were concerned it would damage clothing. The refrigerator looked liked it was rusting on the outside but it was clean on the inside. I am not saying I did not enjoy the stay. Just be prepared for the kitchen.

Great!

As this was our first time being in Gulf Shores, we didn't really have crazy high expectations. The condo that we booked was wonderful. It was clean, it had all that we needed and it was quiet. There was a point early in the trip that we heard the elevator wasn't working, so I was nervous about that. We were on the fourth floor, so we chose to use the stairs at all times just to be safe. All in all, the kids loved the bunk beds, the other bed claimed to be a queen but it was certainly a full, so that was a little small but we made it work. All in all, it was great to be right on the beach and close to the town for all the activities. We also appreciated the informational material left in the condo. Things to see and do with coupons! We were very happy.

Great room, few problems

We arrived at 330pm, I called and asked if we could go ahead and check in, was told no, had to wait until 4pm. We waited in our car in the parking lot, entered the room at 4pm only to find out it hadn't even been cleaned yet. Had to call and request housekeeping. The kitchen sink leaked, and the dryer didn't work, and wasn't fixed until our last day, so I had to do all of our laundry on the last day, instead of spending more time at the beach. I requested a call from management on Friday, today is Tues and still no call. Overall, the room is very nice with an exceptional view of the beach/ocean.

We had a wonderful stay! Can't ask for anything better than Dolphins with morning coffee!!! Great view from room / balcony. Condo was really clean and inviting.

Perfect condo for a mother/daughter trip. Location was within walking distance to alot of placed. Beachfront and view was gorgous! Did laundry the last night and dryer left dirty streaks on some of our clothes so may want to check that out. Would definitely stay there again!
