The Bikini Bottom Shore House is a truly one-of-a-kind, 4,800+ square foot luxury estate situated on a rare, massive 100x100 private lot right in the heart of downtown Wildwood.

Originally built in 1930 as a 9-unit apartment building (once formerly known as "Bob's Beach House"), the property underwent a massive transformation where it was completely gutted and masterfully combined into one grand, sprawling single-family compound. We purchased the home in 2024 and take immense pride in lovingly maintaining, cleaning, and continuously upgrading every square inch to ensure a pristine, upscale sanctuary for our guests. Important Stay Policies & House Rules

To maintain the highest standard for all of our guests, we enforce the following guidelines:
• Occupancy Limit: Strictly limited to a maximum of 25 guests.
• No Pets / No Smoking: We adore pets, but due to severe allergies and sensitivities of our guests, we do not permit pets of any kind. No smoking is allowed inside or anywhere outside the house.
• Linens: Linens are not provided, but we are happy to recommend a fantastic local linen service that will deliver them directly to the house for your stay.
• Safety & Protection: For everyone's security, please be aware that external cameras are located in the outside areas of the house (front porch, pool, and backyard area). There are no cameras inside the home.
