Comfortable and family friendly end unit located on the 4th floor of Amelia Surf and Racquet Club provides you with superb views of the ocean and easy access to the beach and pool. This lovely unit has new LVP floors in the living and bedroom areas and tile floors in the kitchen and baths. The kitchen is superbly outfitted for your cooking needs. The baths have been refreshed this spring. The living area has great recliners for you to relax and watch the waves through the brand new windows and sliding door. There are three televisions featuring expanded cable channels. There is Wi-Fi Internet Access, a washer and dryer and so much more. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds.

This is ocean front living at its best! This exclusive gated community offers four tennis courts and two pools for your enjoyment. It is located just steps away from the world class Ritz Carlton along the beautiful tree-line canopied road off of A1A in Amelia Island Florida - one of the world's premier vacation spots. There are other properties available on the island, but none better than Surf & Racquet. Exclusive without being pretentious--simple, yet sophisticated. This complex and this condo will capture your heart and you'll find yourself finding opportunities to return. Our guests compliment us on our comfortable set up with a recliner for him and her. Perfect stay on Amelia Island

The condo was as described. Suzy was great with communication - very quick to respond. This was the perfect place to stay for the four of us - enough space and close to everything we wanted to do! We will want to book again when we return to Amelia Island!!

Location

Location is great. Steps from a non-crowded beautiful beach that goes on forever. Close enough to downtown but less crowded and congested. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Second time we have stayed at Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. Super value and we will be back

Great place for family time

Small family weekend vacation

Great 3 night stay. Complex is older but kept in good condition. Elevator was fast. Pool was very clean and a good temperature. Beach was very nice. Unit was in good shape and matched the pictures well on the listing. No loud neighbors. Overall a very good stay!

Beautiful respite

Amazing property and fantastic location. The oceanfront view was a delight to see every morning. And the beach and pool are steps away. We enjoyed our week so much! The condo allowed us to rest, relax, and recharge in comfort. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely!

Gorgeous view, great location. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved that there were beach chairs and beach towels! My daughter loved the pool and of course the ocean. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I were in Amelia Island for his work conference and this condo was the perfect location for us! The condo was clean and Suzy was quick to respond when I texted her with a few questions. We will definitely stay here again!😊

Perfect condo for us.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this lovely condo. It was especially nice to be a corner unit, with the extra windows and natural light. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the digital key to work the gate was perfect. The beach was lovely and not crowded, and hearing the surf from the balcony was delightful. I highly recommend!

Placid and pretty

Spacious and comfortable, really liked the balcony view of the pool. dune system, beach and ocean. Easy drive into Fernandina for restaurants and shopping. Good hiking at Egan's Greenway (we saw gators) and Fort Clinch was a worthwhile visit. Thumbs up!

Wonderful beachfront location!

Our family of 4 (2 kids under 10) had a wonderful stay! Location is fantastic on a quiet (and high-end to us!) part of Amelia Island. Loved the view of the ocean and easy access to pool & beach. Condo was spacious for us and had plenty of kitchen supplies for us to cook several nights on-site. Tennis courts were fun and available often! Suzy made check-in smooth and was easy to work and fast to communicate with.

Perfect Getaway!

We stayed for our week vacation at this condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect and clean. A quiet and nice area but also close to restaurants and downtown. We have stayed in amelia island in a condo a bit further north of this one the past few years but this one was still close to all our favorite family eating spots. The walk and beach access was perfect for the kids and easy to get to several times a day and for our evening seashell searches. The condo had all we needed with plenty of space and the kids loved the big screen tv in their bedroom. We will definitely stay again!!

Great trip!

We enjoyed our stay at the surf and racquet club! We've stayed at many different units in this complex as well ad a few others. We have 4 kids and don't stay in the unit a ton so we aren't super picky when it comes to what the interior of the unit looks like. This one had good bed space, it was comfortable and had everything needed in the kitchen to be able to cook meals each day. The beach is an easy walk and we like having a pool and pool bathroom when we need a break from the sand. Would stay here again!

PERFECT place- Beautiful view, Clean and Well furnished and Great Owner!

My kids, husband and I returned to the island, former residents and found this place... WHAT A FIND!!! Suzy was very helpful and accommodating. The unit was much bigger than I even expected and very nicely furnished. The complex was very secure, yet easy to get in and out of. The view is remarkable! We will definitely be back!

Home Away From Home

This place is perfect for a family of four. My family had the absolute best time here and Suzy's communication with everything was superb! She kept us in the loop on anything going on in the complex. This place is perfect for 4 adults or a family with 2 grown children like ours. The view is awesome, and the condo is in great shape! Give this condo a try and I promise you will love it! Lovely location

This apartment suited our needs perfectly. The ocean view from the 4th floor was wonderful and two mornings we watched dolphins from our patio. It had easy access to the ocean, pool, and an outdoor shower to remove the beach sand. We enjoyed the beach umbrella and chairs provided by the owner. We also loved it’s location on the island, away from the hustle down a quite tree cover parkway. The apartment could use updating, but the furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was particularly well supplied for anything we wished to make. We would stay in this rental again.

Awesome Week at Amelia

My husband and I along with our two sons who are in their 20s stayed here for our first visit to Amelia Island. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean, bright, and well stocked. My sons appreciated the two double beds in the 2nd bedroom. We couldn't fit beach chairs in our car so having beach chairs available to use in the condo was a plus. There are beach towels as well if you need them. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the sofa and two reclining chairs in the family room area were comfortable for lounging when not at the pool or beach. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and I loved sitting on the balcony with its great view of the ocean listening to the surf. The condo complex was quiet, although we found a variety of people staying there, including a couple on their honeymoon, families with young children, and grandparents. Communication with the owner was easy and excellent. As for Amelia Island, we loved it! We had never been here before and were looking for a more low-key place than the more populated beaches but still had some things to do. We found this at Amelia. There were so many unique and delicious places to eat. We played a round of mini-golf, rented bikes one morning for a ride on the Egan's Creek Greenway Trail and then into town for yet more ice cream, and enjoyed a sunset river boat cruise. There are state parks at each end of the island, including Fort Clinch State Park which we understand is fun to hike and explore. It looks like there are bike trails there as well. We only saw it from the river boat but would like to go there our next visit. I just found out about a place that rents small boats that are like go karts on water, and we are definitely going to have to try those our next visit. We had a wonderful, fun, and relaxing week at Amelia Island!
