The house was ok. It’s old but very big. Ac didn’t work in one of the bunk rooms and we didn’t have WiFi the entire weekend because it wasn’t working. I contacted them right away and it never got fixed. So we couldn’t use the tv or WiFi for 3 days. Pretty annoying!! The house is very big and they have a great view and proximity to the beach.

First impressions upon arrival was wow couldn’t have asked for a better location and perfect size for our extremely large family gathering. Finding a single unit for 25 people is difficult and we didn’t want to split between two houses. Plenty of living space with seating for everyone. The kitchen was fabulous 2 full size fridges, 2 stoves, 2 large microwaves, 2 twelve cup coffee makers as well as 2 pod coffee makers even 2 washers and dryers. Not only was the house sized for larger gatherings it was also equipped for them also. 100 yards from the beach!! We had a couple of small issues but communication with Felipe was easy and we managed solutions to them without any inconvenience. Overall accommodations AProper Appliances for the large unit ADistance from the beach AResponses from The Bolivar Vacation Team AAfter such a great time we are all looking forward to our next Family Gathering!! Maybe here again since everything worked out so well.

Everything about this house was exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well appointed and everything was very clean. Great location, literally 100 yards from the water! Beautiful view from inside and out of the entire beach. I use pictures a lot to identify rooms and where everything is located. The listing has the number it sleeps correct however we were hoping all bunk rooms were upstairs to keep the kids and noise away from the main living area and adult sleeping area. Not a big deal just didn't realize it until I got to the house. There is a bedroom listed with bunkbed on the first floor but it doesn't have it as a queen over queen so just wasn't sure. I highly recommend this house for large groups. We never felt crowded with over 20 people!!

Great size to accommodate a large family

Overall 5 stars. Did need a few small things. Blinds in king room on 1st floor only went half down, can openers need to be replaced, coffee pot for Kcups didn’t work and it could use some updated pans. They did havePlenty of plates & utensils to use. The tide was high during our stay so we didn’t get to have much beach time except in the early morning. Would definitely rent this beautiful house again.

Great for Large Groups

Big house with a huge number of beds. Half a block walk to the beach, and from the deck there is an unobstructed view of sand and water. Quiet part of the peninsula, but you're likely bringing a big enough group to keep you busy!Grill is in bad shape with rust, and the springs are failing on the big couch in the living room, but there are plenty of places to sit and the rest of the property was well-maintained. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, loads of outdoor seating on decks and below. Double fridges, microwave, coffee pot, etc, and kitchen had plenty for us to make all of our meals.We had several families with us, and this was a great home and location for our group. We'll have it on our list to come back to next year.

Great location, lots of room

I really enjoyed my time at Walk to Sea and would rent again. The view is absolutely beautiful. The place is huge and all of the doubles (stove, fridge, sinks, coffee makers) made meals quick and easy. One of the blinds in the living room only came down half way. We noticed a cracked brick along the side wall path to the right is the stairs and warned everyone so there were no accidents. Sink hole in long sofa in living area, some remotes were missing, some backs missing from remotes, some remotes didn't work…could only figure out one tv in living room, toilet slow to flush in main rest room 1st floor, would like to have had more hooks for hanging towels upstairs. I placed a towel on one of the fixtures and it moved sideways…wasn't very secure like the key hook in kitchen. Overall 5 star rating because the home is nice, in a great location, lots of space inside and out and I'd stay here again!
