We had a very nice stay. The property management team was very responsive when we noticed a few issues upon check in. Great location - easy walk to restaurants and bars. Steps from the ocean!

Very good

Views are immaculate Location is amazing; steps from coffee, ice cream, restaurants, Ocean Pacific Gym and Ralph’s. Things to be aware of: The kitchen is not stocked for cooking meals No air conditioning which is usually not a problem but we were there during a heat wave. Management was EXTREMELY responsive when we needed them.

We loved this property! The location was perfect and the views stunning. Even the kids spent so much time just staring out at the beach and ocean. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. There is an elevator which was nice vs carrying luggage up and down the stairs. The host was very easy to communicate with. My only recommendation if someone is traveling with 2 cars to have a better plan to park the 2nd vehicle than we did on arrival day because we really struggled to find parking, which of course is normal at the beach when arriving at a peak time.

A Family Affair

We stayed in 3 units, one on ground floor, two on 3rd floor. We enjoyed being in the same building, sharing meals in one unit, a puzzle in one, a tv on in one and not in the other. This was our third year staying in the same building. We like being on the beach with lots of walking opportunities, bike riding, and food options. Two of the three units have been remodeled. What’s I. The kitchens of each unit varies a lot, one may have lots of pans the next almost none. Some have herbs. Oil, vinegar, one had none. All were short on kitchen towels. There was plenty of bath linens, and some got used for the kitchen. The third floor landing was out for our week stay. We were to.d would be fixed first day, never was. The patio was updated this year with new cushions, and the bbq worked well.

Wonderful property! Beautiful view and close proximity to restaurants and shops. One parking spot is provided which if great. Parking is tight so best to have a smaller vehicle.

Very nice place with the view as advertised. The sheets were a little sandy when we got there and the shelf in the bathroom had previously used bar soap. Other than those two things the stay was very nice.

The location is fantastic. We frequent the area and I loved the convenience of being right on the beach and easy parking. The property was very clean, comfy beds and great layout. My only suggestion would be more comfortable couches but beyond that everything was great. I would definitely book this condo again!

We absolutely loved the location and OMG the views!! It was perfect for our family of 5, with direct access to the beach and included a couple chairs, beach towels and beach toys. The owner Maurice offered some great local restaurants which were within blocks of the rental and we thoroughly enjoyed eating authentic Mexican food on the patio our last evening there. Maurice was also very responsive to any questions or comments we had. Only one minor con was that the floors were not very clean - turned our socks and/or bottom of our feet black - but for being on a sandy beach location that didn’t surprise us at all. We didn’t know where to wash our own feet off outside so I ended up sweeping a lot of sand up myself. The washer and dryer was a HUGE plus for us as this was on the tail end of our visit to California. Our trip was simply too short and we hope to visit again!

Amazing place, amazing location!

Completely remodeled and absolutely beautiful condo! The location is amazing, right on the boardwalk, just steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

What a view! Walk out and on the walking path or head to the beach. They had a storage box filled with beach equipment to sit and relax or build a sand castle. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Perfect location

Location is near shops/restaurants/bike rental facilities and of course an extremely beautiful stretch of beach. We would stay here again.
