Located in Seagrove Beach - 1 mile from the center of Seaside Square The Beacons Condominium's is the best kept secret along Scenic Highway 30-A. Our 2 building, 10 unit condominium complex is nestled between million dollar private homes with our own private beach boardwalk. Our Beacons condo #7 is in the second building back from the beach. Weā€™re on the BEACHSIDE side of 30-A so there are NO ROADS to CROSSs. In fact, you can walk from the patio of our ground floor condo to the beach in about 70 steps.

The location of our condo is perfect! Not only are we on the beach side of Scenic Highway 30-A but the 16-mile jog/walk/bike path along 30-A is just outside our door. Hop on your bike and youā€™ll be in the beautiful village of Seaside in about 5 minutes or one of our favorite activities is to bike ride to Grayton Beach state park and rent a canoe for the afternoon and enjoy the beautiful coastal dune lakes that are native to this part of Florida.

We have many repeat guests who stay in our condo year after year and new guests love our ā€œguest bookā€ where previous visitors leave tips and suggestions as to places to eat, shop, or things to do in the area. Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen and sleeps 4 with a spacious master bedroom and large hall bunks that kids especially love.

Great Getaway

This condo is a wonderful location, and the perfect size for a getaway for a couple or a small family. We had everything we needed, and walked to Seaside each day. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for the location and cost. The owners are so nice. Beach was not overcrowded. Condo had everything you need. Need was not extremely comfortable but did the job.

A great little spot in the sun!

A great little place! Great location, steps from the beach and from 30A. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect for the two of us. We are already considering when we can visit again. This spot will go on our first choices list for our future vacations.

This property is a little dated and in need of a new mattress. We were so close to the beach that it made our stay so much better.

Great location by the beach!

What a greet find! So close to the beach, perfect place for a couple. So nice to have a dedicated parking spot, laundry, and a quick walk to the beach with the private condo beach access. Also easy walk to bud and alleyā€™s restaurant! Also they had lots of beach chair options. Only wish is the bed was a bit comfier. Unfortunately a little old and soft.

Easy beach access

We had an issue the first day we arrived but it was take care of promptly. Has easy beach access and centrally located . We would start again . It could ise another large skillet as it was hard to cook with just the one. Also the floors could use a good deep cleaning as they turned our feet black.

The condo was great . The location is fabulous. We walked down the beach to Seaaide for an afternoon drink . We walked to breakfast several mornings . The condo is on the beach side which is not always easy to find on 30A. I do hope it is available on our next visit . šŸ’„ and of course, needless to say, the Gulf was several shades of magnificent blue , the sky was blue and the beach sparkling white . We had a wonderful week .

Perfectly located on 30A and steps from the beach.

My family and I had the most wonderful time staying at BJā€™s place. Exactly 1 mile from Seaside, we were close enough to scooter and bike there but didnā€™t have to deal with all of that seaside traffic. The beach was steps away and very easy and convenient to get to and the unit is on the 1st floor so no stairs to navigate with all of the beach equipment to lug up and down. The unit itself was cute and very clean. Communication with owner was excellent and prompt. We will gladly book this unit again when we make it back to 30A!

Getaway at Seagrive

We enjoyed our stay and would probably go back. We were very satisfied with the condo as it was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to replace the bed pillows. When I removed the pillow cases, I discovered that there wasn't a protective case on the pillows and the pillows were yellow and stained from use. Will take my own pillows if we ever go back.

Family annual beach trip

We have been going to Seagrove for several years for our family vacation to the beach. We have stayed in the Beacons units several times but this was the first time staying in this unit. We were not disappointed. The Check in was very easy and the Shawā€™s are wonderful owners. They reached out to inform me before our arrival, that they had to order a new refrigerator due to the ice maker stopped working and it would not be there before our check in. But they made sure we were accommodated with ice trays. I thought this was very thoughtful to let us know before arriving. The unit is equipped with everything you need and also there are a few beach chairs and a grill for you to use. The ocean is only a few steps away from the unit and itā€™s one my favorite beaches in seaside. My favorite thing is the convenience of the parking. You pull up to your front door , which makes it easy for loading and unloading your things. I loved this unit at the beacons and will be staying here again.

This was our second summer staying at BJā€™s place. We are already planning on booking for next year. The condo is well stocked and a few short steps to the beach. I highly recommend staying here.

First time guests.

The condo was in a good location In Seagrove. The only negative about the location was the public accesses on both sides of the condo. Lots of people in front of the condo. If it was a private beach no one was enforcing it but Iā€™m not even sure it was private so donā€™t hold me to that. The only thing about the condo that needs updating is the mattress. Other than that it was good. Lots of nice cookware and one of the best stocked kitchens we have seen for a rental. We would go back in early spring or late fall when the beaches wasnā€™t as crowded.

First Time to Area

Condo was perfect with the essentials needed, Very Clean. area very quiet, we however are doers and would have like to have had more activities than just sand and a beach chair. ā›± We will book earier next time as we were told several times that Nov is the off season and not all activities are still operational.

Great place to stay at the beach

It was a great size for a family of 4. Had everything we needed. We loved that we didn't have to cross the highway and that we were so close to the beach. The beach was beautiful. Host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Mixup with a twist.

My wife and I booked a weekend getaway for our anniversary. There was a mixup getting checked in but Betty Shaw went above and beyond to make sure the mixup was straightened out and that we enjoyed our visit!
