Commodore's Retreat 207 -

This quaint property is sure to please every member of your party with it's amazing views and secluded atmosphere. Commondore's Retreat 207 is located on the second floor and offers spectacular Gulf Views from your living area as well as easy private balcony access. The living room offers a wide flat screen TV and has plenty of seating for everyone. The dining area is positioned between the living room and kitchen and offers a beautiful view of the beach. The bedroom features a King Sized bed and you will find a set of bunk beds located in the hallway that leads into the living area. The kitchen features an eat in bar that will seat 2 additional guests.

Initially named after the thick grove of windswept trees bordering its pristine white sand beach, Seagrove has stayed true to its “roots” by preserving its original natural beauty. Accommodations hosted along its shores include quaint beachfront condominiums, lavish beach-side resorts, and colorful vacation homes. In addition, Seagrove Beach is a quiet oasis that is surrounded by the bustling luxury lifestyle destinations including Seaside and WaterSound.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo and Laundry, Twin Bunk Nook.

A great week!

I’ve stayed in this unit and other ones at this property many times. It’s the perfect location! Not fancy, but clean and comfortable, and so convenient! It’s the only place I ever stay on 30A!

Seagrove beach

Fantastic time on the beach! Coffee and dolphin watching in the mornings on the covered deck was a treat. The ocean was just steps away and the surf was relaxing to hear.

Let the sun shine

Nice condo, small but fine. Nice view of beach and it was beautiful with the sun shinning. Having the beach chairs and umbrella was a plus.

Very nice condo located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the great communication that Oceanreef provided. Highly recommend.

On the beach!!

Property is as described. 207 is a corner unit with a nice view of the gulf from the balcony. Only about 50 yards to the beach. Came with daily beach chair & umbrella service included. Excellent location close to good restaurants and quiet neighborhood.

sea grove stay

I felt like the property was adequate but needed a little updating. The condo as a whole needed an outdoor trash bin somewhere. It just seemed a bit dingy but the view and location - outstanding!!

The place was awesome. The minus one start was I called because internet wasn’t working and they said they would send someone. Nobody showed. After several hours I tried again and got the same thing, nobody showed. I called again but of course it was after hours so no help. The first time I was told there wasn’t any outrages. I was called the next morning because I left a message. She advised me that it was an outage. I find it hard to believe an outage lasted 4 or 5 days.

Perfect play place

I took my teen son and his friend for fall break. The boys had a blast with the beach so close. I enjoyed being able to walk to a couple of different y restaurants. The chairs and umbrella on the beach each morning was an almost priceless luxury!! The condo is an end unit which made sitting on the balcony enjoyable. The condo itself was very clean and well Equipt. The only place for improvement might be TVs…but honestly we spent most of our time on the beach and had n the neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Great View!

Location was great. I was a little disappointed that no kitchen spices/salt/pepper was available (used to having rented locations that had this available ). We brought our own bikes, however, we did see some units provide this. That would be a nice touch. Directions need updated to say to take the second stop sign. TV was difficult to operate for local service (March Madness was on). Overall this is a nice place and quiet.

I’ve stayed in this unit a number of times. It’s always clean and cheerful. The kitchen is nicely suppled for anybody who might want to cook. My only 2 suggestions would be some instructions for operating the TV, and a different floor covering on the balcony. The various pieces of gray felt were always folded over/curled up.The location, right on the beach! , and the full gulf-front view are both fantastic! The 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up, ready by 7-am each morning, is a great perk!

Great condo on amazing beach

This condo has been recently redone and it very nice. My only complaint would be not enough hooks to hang wet towels. The condo has everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. The building is nice and having a private beach was great. Being so close to the lake, where littles can swim, and also the ocean was incredible. There are a few small businesses around to get food and souvenirs but otherwise it’s just a very nice neighborhood. We were there over spring break so it was busy but on the beach it wasn’t busy at all. It’s a wonderful place to stay.
