🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One unassigned parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is provided inside the condo and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the recreation room, three enclosed spas, sauna, shared laundry, and the seasonal outdoor pool and BBQ area.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Hot Water: The home has a limited hot water supply. Larger groups may wish to stagger showers during peak usage.

• Pets: One dog is welcome with a $75 pet fee. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left unattended. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
