☀ The beautiful backyard includes a huge pool with and outdoor rinsing shower, outdoor sofas, pool tanning beds, and a grill to barbecue under the beautiful San Diego weather.
☀ The washer/dryer is on the right side of the backyard.
☀The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per day. We charge for the full duration of your trip.
☀ The brand new hot tub and outdoor patio table set are under the patio roof which creates an enjoyable experience in either the warmer summer days or during the colder winter days.
☀ The game room offers a pool table, a couch, a 50-inch smart TV, and board games for everyone to enjoy. It also has direct access to the backyard.
☀ The entire home has A/C and heating capabilities to keep make your stay with us completely comfortable and relaxing.
☀There is parking space for about 4 cars in the driveway for your convenience and easy access to the house.
☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
☀ We have a noise monitor device on the back patio HOUSE RULES: **Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.** 1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 16 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation. 3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 4. Must be 25 years and older to book. 5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. 7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind. 8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee. 9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances. 10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS) 11. Additional rules may be posted at the property or provided in materials/information at the property. 12) Optional: $165/day to heat the pool for your entire stay. NO EXCEPTION: Pool and hot tub hours: 8AM-9PM.
Rental Agreement Please read and sign the agreement below Guest and Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).
THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

Host was very responsive The house is very spacious but requires a touch up on paint that is peeling above bathroom sink and in general for worn areas throughout the home. The shower head in main floor bath needs cleaning or replacing. Some of the blinds need replacing. A delivery of towels came but we were unsure if they needed laundering or ?? Plenty of parking for four cars in driveway and convenient location. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Most of the games outside especially corn hole were missing parts.

Not horrible
Some issues with the property - spotty wifi at times, pool needs attention as does the outdoor grill. Many of the sinks do not drain well. The kitchen pans and utensils were inadequate. The unit needs additional blankets and sheets for when it is cooler at night. The mattresses in many of the rooms sink in the middle and need replacing. some of the glass on the tables are not secure.As for positives, the management company was responsive and generally helpful.
