This charming 3-bedroom condo in Lake Forest Glen offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for your North Lake Tahoe getaway. As an end unit, it boasts extra privacy and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Enjoy a leisurely 3/4-mile stroll to Lake Forest Beach or Skylandia or embark on a scenic 2-mile bike ride to Tahoe City, where you'll discover a variety of restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Commons Beach with public piers. For winter sports enthusiasts, both Palisades Tahoe and Northstar are just a short drive away, making it easy to hit the slopes. Whether you’re seeking summer fun or winter thrills, this condo is your gateway to all that North Lake Tahoe has to offer!
On the downstairs level you'll find the beautifully remodeled kitchen complete with granite counter tops, glass backsplash, stainless steel appliances, gas range, and breakfast bar. The living room is spacious with a sofa bed, 48" flat screen TV, and a Creekstone gas fireplace. Off the dining area, step out onto the deck with seasonal seating and a gas BBQ. This main floor also has a laundry area and guest bathroom.
The second level of the home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and ensuite bath with separate shower room and sink area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen.
The Lake Forest Glen HOA features two swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a playground in the summer. The hot tub and sauna are open year-round!
PROPERTY NOTES
* Decks and BBQ may not be available during winter months and areas may be icy.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
Security cameras
For peace of mind, we have a couple of friendly, outdoor-only security cameras keeping an eye on the entryways and driveway. They’re here for safety, not spying. They do not face any private spaces, and there are no indoor cameras. Think of them as the neighborhood watch with better lighting ~ Thank you

* Fines for violations range from $1,500 - $5,000 for violations of the STR ordinance.
