Clean And Comfortable Family Friendly Condo In Tahoe City, With Pool

This secluded and cozy tri-level condo is in the Villas development one mile from Tahoe City. It has 3 bedrooms and a loft, with 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people.

Downstairs are two bedrooms with a queen bed each, and a shared bathroom with tub and shower. At the entry level is another bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with shower. The beds are dressed in crisp cotton sheets with fluffy down comforters and pillows. Half a flight upstairs is the living and dining room, kitchen and deck. The living area is open to the loft above, which has 2 twin beds. The loft is accessible by a sturdy, built-in ladder (probably not be suitable for very young children, but perfect for older children and teens to have their own space ).

The living area has a wood burning fireplace (wood not supplied) and a fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include wifi, cable HDTV, beach and picnic supplies, washer/dryer, and an array of games and books.

At the entry to the Villas (a 2 minute walk from our unit) is a bike/walking trail to town and points beyond such as the trail along the Truckee River or along the lake to Sugar Pine Point. Ski areas such as Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood are about 15 minutes away. Tahoe City has many fine restaurants, shopping and museums. Local beaches and parks such as Skylandia Beach and Tahoe City Commons are a short distance by foot, bike or car. There is a weekly farmer's market at the Commons, as well as music and activities on summer holidays.

The Clubhouse at the Villas has a lovely pool in a park setting with tall pines, tennis courts, and a sauna, which is included for guests. You will find big towels for the pool in our unit.

We are strictly a non smoking unit, do not permit loud or raucous parties, limit the number of people staying in the condo to 8 or less, and ask that you respect our place as you would your own. Pets are permitted only after paying a non-refundable $50 fee..
