4BR, 3 full baths sleeps 14.
Central A/C
Two block walk to main beach and two blocks to bay (with baby beach).
Several shaded decks and 20’ x 20’ sun deck on fenced backyard.
Inside: WiFi, 65” SmartTV, full kitchen, washer and dryer, bathtub for small kids.
Outside: Weber Genesis grill, outside shower, private fenced backyard, Tesla charger.

Four bedrooms:
MBR: King Bed with en suite shower bath and second level private deck.
Large BR2 on first floor is 20’ long with a Queen and also a bunk (single over double) for sleeping up to 3 minor kids. Adjacent to this is the first floor full bath (shower).
BR3: has 3 double sized beds (two of those are a double-over-double bunk)
BR4: has a full bed and also two single beds.
BR 3-4 are served by a hallway bath containing a tub/shower to wash the infants and kids.

Dining: outside patio tables and picnic tables. Inside: dining room seats 6 plus kitchen island seating.

Walk to: Wawa, Delaware Oyster House (champion chef from "Chopped"), Latin Street food, Terrace Tavern (sports bar w/seafood), California Grille and Pizza, IceCream Shop, Marvel's Bakery (breakfast sandwiches and donuts), Roberto's La Doce Vita Italian, and more. Beaches are not overly congested (well, except July 4, Labor Day). There is also a bay-side beach 3 blocks from the house perfect for small kids, Kayak launching, etc (no large waves).
The backyard is fenced in and has plenty of chaises, tables and chairs to relax in the sun or enjoy a family barbecue.

We had a wonderful week at this home. The space was bright and clean and so comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics, but also had plenty of dish towels, pot holders, and things we don’t usually find at rental homes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day. Highly recommend!

Our family had a lovely time at this perfect shore house. The beaches are lovely and the entertainment was well suited to our family. We had a fun, relaxing and memorable stay!

When we stay more than 2 nights we need to sleep in a room w a king bed. We paid more, & charged our friends less because of that. Big surprise to us-the only thing in the house that wasn’t updated was the master bath. It was the worst bathroom I’ve had to use. Had no idea. In general, the owners should make sure they keep up on maintenance, some areas could use some TLC

Perfect LBI getaway

Immaculate condition, spacious, and close to everything. I'd reccommend this rental for anyone that needs some space and wants to be in Beach Haven. I loved the easy walk to the beach and this section of the island is not overcrowded.

Great Property!!

Another amazing week in LBI Beach Haven area! The property is in a great location few short blocks to the beach and very close to wawa which the kids loved! Had a problem with back door and owner had it fixed next morning ..

Perfect beach week

The house was great. Lots of beds and 3 baths- open living area on first floor made our group of 8 very comfortable. Spent most of our time outside at the various tables in the fenced in yard. Short walk to bay to see sunsets and easy walk to beach- 4 blocks. Best of all was proximity to our favorite don’t, ice cream, Wawa and restaurants. No need to drive once you arrive. Also the owners were gracious to let us check in early. Thanks for a great place and week

The perfect LBI stay!

My friends and I were actually surprised when we walked into the house - it was even better in person than in the pictures (a backwards catfish if you will). They have done a beautiful job with it - everyone room is large and sleeps many, but the back patio area and outdoor shower are definitely the best parts. Kathy and Pat were so kind and helpful via text throughout the weekend. The location was great for first time LBI goers, and everyone we met in town was very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Roomy and clean updated house

Don't hesitate to pick this house. We are 2 young families and grandparents. Had plenty of room and a decent sized yard to relax in. Neighborhood had plenty of parking. You could walk to the beach or, if you prefer, drive to the beach where you can easily park.

Summer getaway.

This was a lovely home, so close to many great places. The beach was a close walk from the house. Great restaurants nearby and in walking distance. The house was spacious and comfortable. Many games were provided and books as well. The backyard was a great place to hang out with the kids. My grandkids loved the amusement park which was a close ride by car. Kathleen was easy to communicate with and very nice. We would love to return in the future.

We rented this property for only 2 nights as we had a wedding Friday night and many of us were in the wedding. I wish I had been able to book longer. The property was amazing. The back yard was filled with chairs and tables, a great place to relax and chat. The bedrooms were big and roomy and comfortable. I slept like I was in my own bed. It’s close to the beach, the bay and you can walk to WAWA . Which everyone was glad for Saturday morning!! Thank you Kathy! I highly recommend this property!!

We stayed for a week- grandparents, parents and 4 kids (youngest 9 yo). We have enjoyed LBI for 40 years, though this was our first visit to the bay side of the boulevard. House furnishings were comfortable and generally well maintained, photos accurate. We had an unfortunate start to our stay; the owner kindly allowed us to check in a couple hours early, not knowing the previous tenants had left the house in terrible shape, according to the cleaners and some of what we saw (surfaces, floors and fridge dirty, garbage overflowing, etc.) The cleaners stayed several hours longer than expected and worked very hard, resolving most issues. We did have to discard, remove, and wash some bedding. The toaster was broken and baking pan unusable; the owner called us back the next day and placed an order for new ones which arrived 2 days later. The combination entry lock didn’t work, but we used the lock box without a problem. We enjoyed the back yard space; although there is no garage, there was room to store of our beach gear (no beach gear provided but we appreciated use of 6 beach badges). The beach walk was manageable, though we left beach buggies and chairs with a relative who was staying on the beach block. We saw many people driving down to drop off gear. Traffic noise did not bother us in the master BR, though guests in rooms facing the blvd did have some complaints of trouble sleeping, especially on weekends, so may want to consider when planning rooms.

This house was the perfect fit for a summer beach trip with kids. We had an amazing time, and had no problem sleeping 8 kids. Newly renovated the house looks beautiful. This house is next to a lot of good restaurants and Wawa along with Elite Fitness which provides day and week passed! A short walk to the beach and bike ride to Beach Haven made this house ideal. The owner was more than kind in helping us check in and out! Will definitely be back!

LBI Rental

Our main problem was with the cleanliness of the house. We found old masks in one bedroom and uncooked pasta on the floor in the living room. The house is in a nice location on the island but a little too far from the beach.

Clean, beautiful house

I stayed with my family friends. House was clean, and close to the beach and had plenty of beds to sleep in . Backyard is perfect for kids to play. Owner is responsive. We’ll come back in the future.

Great location! Spacious home!

Thank you Kathy and Patrick so much for your hospitality. The house was very bright, clean and spacious. It was large enough to fit 3 families (total of 6 adults and 6 kids) comfortably and had everything we needed to have a very nice weekend getaway . The backyard is great with lots of room for outdoor dining and the bbq is excellent - kids loved playing there. The location is great too - it’s only 2 short blocks to the beautiful beach and a block to the bay . Kathy was also so kind - even though we accidentally left the key inside the house when we checked out instead of the lock box she was very flexible and understanding about it. Thank you again so much. We enjoyed your home and LBI so much and definitely will return back in the future.

Beach Haven Terrace

Nice, comfortable house for 8 people. Short walk to beach and bay. Walk to numerous restaurants, ice cream, bakery/coffee/breakfast. Spacious backyard.

We have been happy to own and share our lovely beach house for the past 20 years. We vacation here when it is not rented and enjoy making upgrades to the home to make it more enjoyable for our family and our renting guests.

We purchased this home because we visited LBI and loved it immediately. LBI is clean, beautiful, relaxing, friendly and family oriented. We are so glad that we have this home to enjoy with our family and friends. The house is well maintained by my amazing husband Patrick [ he made me write that].

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Convenient access to beach and bay. If you wake up early you can go to the beach for the sunrise escape for coffee, a walk, or early morning fishing. Wake up in the morning and walk to Marvel's Bakery for a freshly made doughnut. We enjoy hanging out in the yard at night. The neighbors gather at the end of the block and sit on the bench at the bay to watch the sun go down. The kids love to walk to the ice cream shop at night. The kids also enjoy going to Fantasy Island for games and rides and now there is a tram/bus that takes us there.
