The place we so bad even vbro said it was unhygienic and needed a deep clean. As soon as you walk in the smell hits you. Then it keeps getting worse. One bedroom had mold.on the ceiling and on a lamp shade. Bedding and towles had stains and were slightly damp. Walls and floors look.like they have never been mopped. The furniture was dirty like super dirty. The dining room table was so dirty you could see it also. We could even stay in it one night, but they refused to give our money back and only offered to mopp the floors. Don't waste your time or money with them.the resort it self is great.

Beautiful view, pools, hot tubs, restaurant & convenience market were great & reasonably priced. The place could use some TLC and additional kitchen supplies, silverware, dishes etc. We had a wonderful time

The linens were not clean. The first night when I arrived, the bed was covered in stains made that seemed to have been made by female genitalia (crusty reddish orange moose knuckle stamp). Stickiness all over the counters, stains going down some of the walls, bad light , fixtures door knobs are falling off. Was offered a later checkout is all.

If your high enough beach view was alright. To much chlorine in hot tubs when you turn on jets. The rooms didnt have floors mops your feet would be black if you had no shoes on. Staff is nice.

With a few small exceptions that they offered to take care of right away. This place is set up very nicely for either a family group or a group of friends. The views from the balcony are fantastic and there are plenty of balcony chairs to go around. We very much enjoyed our time there and look forward to. Renting from verbo and Big Fish again

The listing said ocean front its actually partial view of the ocean. With the cleaning fee i feel it should have been cleaner overall mot a bad stay

I would not recommend this property. It was advertised as non-smoking, but the moment we walked in we were hit with a strong, awful smoke smell that never went away. The place was also very dirty overall, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. To their credit, they did attempt to run an ozone machine and replaced a very filthy air filter, but that clearly wasn't enough to fix the problem. When I suggested that it needed a proper deep cleaning to address both the odor and cleanliness issues, I received no response at all. Very disappointing experience.

I’ll start by saying the view was good and the actual resort was nice with nearby restaurants and great beach access. The condo itself was lacking. The cookware was unusable. It was old scratched up and dirty. This is one of the main reasons we get a condo vs a hotel so we can prepare our own food. The host did bring new cookware when asked.The kitchen just wasn’t clean. There was stuff all along did sides of the fridge as well as the floor. The drawers had a lot of crumbs in them. The bedrooms were fine, other than just a lack of storage in one of the rooms. The bathrooms had no storage either so there was limited places for our group to adequately store our bathroom necessities, having to carry it back or forth from the bedrooms to the bathrooms.

The pictures listed did not do this condo justice of the state the condo was in on our arrival date. When we first walked in, the smell of stale smoke just hit you in the face and would not go away. It smelled like someone had smoked in the unit for quite some time and it was stuck in the walls and air. It was awful. The condo was very dirty and the end tables and dressers had dark burn marks everywhere on them which was a clear indication that someone had smoked in the condo. I immediately contacted our host about the smell upon arrival and waited for close to 2 hours without hearing back from the host and then contacted vrbo. I even tried calling the phone number for big fish rentals and it went straight to voicemail every time with no answer. After being on the phone with vrbo for over an hour and a half, they were able to get a hold of a property manager whom we did not have the contact information for who then was able to get a hold of the host which then resulted in finally the host messaging me back. The host taking over 2 hours to respond to my message is totally uncalled for. The host first tried to offer an ozone machine which I quickly declined as there is a previous recent review about the smoke smell and how they offered an ozone machine and that clearly did not work. The host then tried to blame it on smoke from another condo. The stagnant smell of smoke was not from another condo. I sent pictures of the burn marks and the host said it was normal wear and tear.
