Amazing unobstructed view from this top floor waterfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Step right into the newly updated laminate flooring to the dining room with seating for 6 at the table and 2 more at the breakfast bar. Also includes a dry bar opened up to the Living Room. Living Room features flat screen TV, wireless internet and slider deck access.
Open air deck has a 4 top pub table with an electric grill.
Back inside check out the full kitchen with all appliances, small appliances and everything you would need for your stay. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room.
Lakeside bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and access to the guest bathroom. Very spacious Master Bedroom features a King-sized bed, flat screen TV, 2 lounge chairs, luggage rack, private deck with 2 pub sized chairs and private bathroom.
The complex features an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, a clubhouse, a game room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, fire pit area, charcoal area, boat launch and boat trailer parking. Let us know if you are bringing a boat as those rent separately. You won't be disappointed in Unit 1433 - Mahalo!

Family vacation first VRBO experience

Was a great location with access to 2 restaurants within the large cove accessible by boat. Had roofers there for 2 days starting at 630 am, understand updating but would have been nice to know about in advance. Our condo could use updated decor was nothing fancy but comfortable if spending most of your time on the water or out and about. Would go back again.

Thanks for your review and comments! We love the Knolls as well, a great condo complex conveniently located in the heart of Osage Beach. The complex offers indoor and outdoor pools as well as indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Concerning the roof work, we found about the same time that you did. We were told in the spring that there would be no work on the roofs after Memorial Day and that the work would not resume again until after Labor Day. Once we realized they were working on the roofs, we called the condo complex and they didn't even know that the work had resumed. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will give you a "roof" discount on your next visit! We will also pass along your comments on the decor to the owner, who has in fact, made a few improvements over the last couple of years. Awesome view

Awesome view. Great amount of space for our family of five. Decor and unit is a bit dated but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time. Pool and tennis courts are really close to this unit which was awesome for the kiddos. Pool doesn’t open till 9 as FYI. Note on the fridge said it opened at 8am which was inaccurate and caused a little bit of a fuss with the kids who were ready to hop in ASAP. Pool is wonderful and nice to have the indoor pool on a rainy day.

weekend getaway

enjoyed a great weekend away the view of the lake was beautiful and the condo was perfect and cozy. The amenities such as pools and lake dock swimming were very enjoyable we would definitely come back here again for some relaxing quiet time....

Great location with some unattractive qualities

The view and location are amazing! However, the cleaning staff leaves 1/2 used supplies that they think other people might use and but them on random spots. The maintenance staff stated leaf blowing the stairs at 7am every day which was not so pleasant. And the twin beds are not so great, but the air mattress is recommended. Overall I enjoyed my experience but I think the cleanliness and maintenance staff need improvement.

Kathleen, thanks for your review of Knolls 1433! As you mentioned the view of the main channel is amazing as you can see the cliffs on the opposite shore of the lake with the black stripes running down to the water (this is what gave Osage Beach its original name of "Zebra"). Thanks for pointing out the supplies (assuming you are referring to bath items), there should not be any opened supplies left in the bathrooms. We supply new items for each rental, if they were found in random spots the previous guest may have put them away and they were overlooked and we apologize for missing those. The maintenance staff that you are referring to is the maintenance staff for the condo complex and not our staff. If we had control over that aspect we definitely would not have them doing any noisy work early in the mornings. Great time had by all

The condo was perfect! Great view, very close to all amenities and to area restaurants, shopping and attractions. Only glitch was that the sliding door off the living room had a lock that would not lock the door (missing screw).

Great views of main channel!

Had a great trip to Lake of the Ozarks. Had a few maintenance issues upon arrival but they took care of them right away. Would recommend a larger TV for main room and master. Loved the location close to Redheads!

Perfect lake view

Condo was comfortable and easy to stay in for the weekend. The balcony overlooking the lake was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening wine. The management was very helpful and responsive to emails while making plans.
