Come stay at our luxury condo, on the Guadalupe River.Relax on your back porch listening to the waterfall. Just steps from the back porch enjoy the pool, hot tub, and BBQ pits
.
We are right next door to Rockin R River rides pick up and drop off location, Walking distance to Schliterbahn water park. We are also close to downtown and Gruene historic district. And only about 45 minutes from Austin and San Antonio. San Marcos outlet malls are only about 15 miles.

Our 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo is located on the first floor, with one of the swimming pools and hut tubs right at the back patio. Condo sleeps 7 with a king size bed and a twin futon in the master, two twins in the second bedroom, and a full size, pull-out couch. Kitchen has all the utensils you will need, there are grills on the lush lawn and pool deck.

Come relax on the river.

This was our first stay at Waterwheel condos. Our host was very communicative with us during our 31 day stay. She responded immediately to our messages and set up a minor door lock repair quickly. The condo was clean and well furnished for the two of us and two more shorter term guests. The unit is conveniently located adjacent to one of the two pools along with two spas. We enjoyed watching herds of deer in the neighborhood and walks down to the Guadalupe access on the property. This will be our first choice for future trips. Thank you, Tracy!

Listing was exactly as described. The lock on the door was tricky and the fan in the master room made noises so we kept it off because it kept us up at night, but other than that if we come back to visit we will be booking again!

Location was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo having the pool right off the balcony is a huge plus. Great owner that was very accommodating.

Great location!

Great location and roomy place for girls weekend. Love the access to pool and hot tub right outside patio. Close to downtown for shopping and dinner and tubing!!

New Braunsfels Getaway

Wonderful complex with nice pools and great river access. This condo had one of the pools right out the back patio along with grills to cook out. The river access was great. Will definitely be back.

Short trip with family

We had a wonderful time with our 3 sons and daughter in law, we were able to bring our 2 dogs with prior approval. The condo was clean, well appointed, and in a great central location. We enjoyed both pools, the hot tubs, and the river access. We plan to rent again in the future because this condo fit us perfectly.

Perfect Location

My family and I stayed at Tracy’s place and couldn’t have been happier! It was way more than I expected. Cozy and LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!! Steps from the small pool which was perfect for my kiddos and a walk away from the beautiful river! I hope you enjoy it as much I we did!

Relaxing at the river.

My grandsons really enjoyed the river being behind the property and it was so close to Schlitterbahn (even though we decided not to go) the Tube Chute and Prince Solms Park, which we did enjoy. The pool at the front of the property was really small but the one down by the river was good size. There were 2 hot tubs at each pool which was nice. I would stay there again!

AWESOME!

To start w/, our condo was even better than described. Tracy, our host, was super! She had all the amenities & then some. She was quick to respond w/ any questions that we had. We had a friend who visited & liked it so much she's looking for a short term to stay there. You can see the pool & hear the waterfall. We were ther for 34 days & have ZERO complaints! Absolutely wonderful!

Great place!! Awesome time

We had a fabulous weekend here. Clean, great location and ground level- poolside. Master ceiling fan was a bit noisy but we just kept it off. Pool and hot tubs were clean and temps were appropriate. Guests (from other units) were respectful too. Appreciated the night time security on property too. Location is ideal for Greune,NB, tubing, shopping and dining. Will return in future.

Flawless Stay

Directions were Spot on Plenty of Secured Parking. We Stayed on the 1st Floor so Easy Accessibility to pool That Requires a pool Pass so as to not open to public Fenced in Plenty of Beach Chairs and Bar b que pits. The river is in walking Distance. Restaurants and other places within A 5 MIile distance. The Room was bigger then we Thought and Fully Stocked Kitchen. Plenty of Everything inside the Condo. Definitely Recommend and Will Stay there Again

Decent place for quick trip

My family and I stayed here from 7/20-7/24 to explore and enjoy New Braunfels as a last minute summer get away. The advertisement for the condo stated it was an upscale condo for the area. I will not pick the place apart but the condo needs some updating and deep cleaning. There was pet hair everywhere. The master bedroom is huge but only has 1 A/C vent so the room stays very warm even with the black out curtains completely closed. The secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds that would be perfect for little kids but not big teens/young adults. The condo has its own patio area that is nice and big that leads to the condo pool and hot tubs. The condo is perfectly located on the Guadalupe River and very close to Gruene and Schlitterbahn. With a little more TLC this condo could be perfect!

Great location

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for a weekend trip to Schlitterbahn. It was literally right down the road from the parking lot and 5 minutes from the downtown restaurants. PROS: - Location! - Very spacious rooms, especially the master bedroom. - Super comfortable master bed (it was so comfortable, we bought an exact pillow topper for our own bed when we came home!) - Great washer and dryer unit to take care of wet clothes - The patio literally opens up to the community pool and spa. This is great if you plan on using them, but be sure to keep the blinds closed so other people in the pool can't spy on you. CONS: - Only 1 set of shampoo & conditioner. Be sure you bring your own if your party plans to use both bathrooms - Several dishes were chipped and need replacing (Already discussed with property manager) - If you plan to cook, bring your own non-stick pan. Cookware is supplied, but none are non-stick. - The furniture was somewhat worn and mismatched. Most looked to be from IKEA. The master bedroom dresser drawer had a broken piece that poked out every time the drawer was opened (already alerted the property owner). Overall, it was a great place to sleep and start off the day with a great breakfast before tubing. The place is centrally located to all the fun activities New Braunfels has to offer.
