A spectacular back Patio has a large dining area with outdoor fireplace, waterfall and Hot Tub. Enjoy the relaxing sound of the waterfall while sipping on one of our county's famous wines. High vaulted ceilings with lots of windows which let in an amazing amount of natural light inside to give this house a warm and relaxing feel. Awesome home ! Everything you could want - and more !

What a great place to stay! everything you could ever want in your own home and more. Beautifully decorated, clean, bright, spacious, beds are super comfortable - Gorgeous extra living space in backyard with hot tub, water fountain - spent most of our time outside in backyard. The worst part was leaving. Todd was available immediately to address anything, answer any quick questions or suggestions for things to do. Excellent location near the farm stands, hiking Irish hills, downtown and a short drive to Montana d Oro and Morro Bay Planning next trip back ASAP

Great for families

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house. We stayed for 2 months with 4-year old twins and it was very comfortable with easy access to downtown SLO, grocery stores and the beaches. Todd was great, exemplifying the warmth that makes SLO such a great place.

Spacious well equiped home for a sunny vacation

First, I must say the home is larger than the pictures make it appear. There is plenty of room for 3 couples to share the home and still have time to themselves. The kitchen is well equiped and there are many areas to choose for dining outside or inside. We stayed for 1 week and did a lot of cycling. Great rides in all directions to Morro Bay (fav ride) Pismo Beach, Avilo Beach or Lopez Lake. The landscaped back yard is the centerpeice in my opinion. Come back after a days adventure to use the hot tub and enjoy a glass of wine . Todd's home is close enough to shopping and the town center and far enough away to get some peace and quite. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in SLO.

GREAT place to stay in San Luis Obispo

Three college roommates and their spouses shared this beautiful home for a reunion. Having three bedrooms each with its own bathroom was a huge plus! Great amenities. Very attentive owner. We would definitely rebook for another San Luis Obispo vacation.

Even better than expected

This rental may have spoiled us for any other. The house was more than we expected. After unpacking the relaxation began. Very nicely furnished, the beds were great. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend for a get away.

Perfect for our needs--clean and comfortable

This was a reconnaissance trip for 3 60-something couples to see if the CA Central Coast might be where we'd like to retire. (The answer is YES, we'd love to, but it's a bit beyond our reach.) This was home base, so we could venture out to Santa Maria, Cambria, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, etc, and it worked out very well. Todd's kitchen is very well-stocked with dishes, utensils, little kitchen tools (3 wine openers!), knives, pots & pans, towels (paper and cloth), spices and oils, sugar, salt, etc--all the basics. We went to Costco (10 min drive) and got a rotisserie chicken for one dinner, and fillets for another. (Grilled them along with some baked potatoes--fabulous meal!) Brought in some of our own perishables. There's a Ralph's Market on Madonna Rd. (10 min) and Trader Joes a bit further. Hot tub was lovely. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens/towels. One of our couples noted that the downstairs bedroom would benefit from a bedside table of some sort. Todd was attentive as needed--responsive when asked, but otherwise left us alone. Would go back, and would recommend it to others.

Loved it!

Really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for each of the 3 couples to have their own bedroom and private bath, which we loved! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked and we enjoyed the beautiful patio and hot tub. We were very comfortable and settled right in. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

This place was really great. Easy to get to off the 101 and close to everything you would every need. All the ammenities that we would ever need were provided when we arrived. The house was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable and quite. I would highly recommend this place if you are going up to SLO for a vaction/wine tasting excursion. We have had great success using VRBO and fing it much better that staying in a hotel. Randy and Pam

Nice vacation

Wonderful home. Stayed for two weeks over Christmas. Had everything we needed. Towels, washcloths, shampoo, vacuum, dishes, dish soap, laundry facilities, all those things sometimes lacking in vacation rentals. Beautiful home, gorgeous wood floors, beds comfortable. Kitchen very easy to use. Backyard small but waterfall and jacuzzi available. Not any really comfortable chairs, which was a problem. the couch in living room needs to be replaced. Six is the maximum amount of people because the gathering area in living room was very small, but workable. Had to bring some chairs in from other rooms to sit comfortably. Lovely area, nearby all shops and town, but close to the ocean and hiking spots. Owner extremely helpful and available. Property couldn't have been cleaner. I would recommend this property for a group of 4 or smaller.

Perfect Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time in San Luis Obispo. This vacation home is amazing- so beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio with our coffee after a morning walk and listening to the sound of the patio waterfall. The location is ideal- so close to downtown SLO, but also a short drive away from Los Osos, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach and more. We were able to take walks in the neighborhood hills with beautiful views, and also walk to nearby Laguna Lake park. We highly recommend this house and will stay there again on our next visit to Central California!

Well maintained, beautiful home in quiet SLO location

We had a lovely time staying in this spacious home with two other couples. The home and its furnishings were absolutely perfect for a restful and enjoyable vacation. The location was close enough to downtown SLO but not noisy or busy in any way. The property owner was both helpful and thoughtful and clearly takes great pride in maintaining this property. We used the grill and enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and common areas of the home.

A charming oasis

We were fortunate enough to stay in this wonderful property on a recent trip to the Edna Valley. We were a party of four adults and this property was perfect. The well appointed kitchen is a chef's delight and we ate well on fresh food purchased daily from the organic market just 5 minutes away. We dined outdoors on a wonderful patio, warmed by the heaters the owner was thoughtful enough to provide. Each morning began with a walk or run in the hills followed by coffee in the hot tub. Evenings were spent socializing, enjoying the day's wine purchases and playing games in the comfortable living room. The master bedroom has one of the most comfortable beds I had the pleasure of sleeping in for some time. Finally...location, location, location. In a quiet neighborhood, we were never annoyed by loud neighbors. Getting in and out of San Luis Obispo was easy as was access to 101 so that traveling to Paso Robles or the beach was easy. We all agreed we would stay there again if it is an option.

Great vacation house

My family and I stayed here during my wedding and we abosolutely love it! The house is gorgeous, so many extras that made staying there so comfortable, and the patio is an amazing space to barbecue and have a beautiful dinner outside. Todd and his family are so nice & helpful. It was the perfect house to spend such a special weekend!

Exceeded Our Expectations

My wife, two of our adult children and I spent Thanksgiving week in SLO at this lovely home. The home, furnishings and back yard far exceeded our expectations and made our holiday away from home a delightful treat. The owner even came by twice to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We cherished our evenings outside around the fireplace, heat lamps, water fall and hot tub. We even had our Thanksgiving meal...cooked in the home's great kitchen...outside. The home is in a perfect location to drive to downtown SLO, the many wineries, Avila Beach or Cal Poly. We plan to return to SLO on another vacation and certainly will stay at this VRBO home.

Family Weekend in SLO

We found the listing description accurate and the photos very accurately reflected the appearance and amenities. The Property was clean and very well maintained. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The owner left very explicit instructions and information on where everything was located and how to operate the electronics. There was an abundance of firewood and extra supplies. There was even an extra propane tank for the outdoor heater. He very generously told us to use anything we needed from the refrigerator or the pantry. He answered all our questions and even left us a list of nearby favorite restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. We might even rent it again ourselves if we ever need lodging in SLO. Thanks Todd!

Ideal Rental Home in SLO!

Where do I start? My husband and I took both sets of our parents to San Luis for a weekend of wine tasting as a "thank you" for giving us our wedding. This house could not have been better! It's a beautiful 3 bed, 3 full bath which is perfect for 3 adult couples. Hardwood floors, beautifully decorated, plenty of living space for everyone to gather and relax...and then there's the backyard. We spent each morning of our weekend eating breakfast at the table in the backyard - it was SO nice. The kitchen is also very nice and upgraded throughout...the owner has made it very easy for guests to stay in and cook their own meals, which we did one night. The house is located less than 10 minutes from downtown SLO which is where we had dinner one night, and just 10-15 minutes from all of the amazing local wineries. This was my first experience renting a vacation home and now I am spoiled. The owner seemed to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and it was far more than just comfortable. The next time we travel to SLO, we hope to stay here again!

Amazingly Beautiful Home in San Luis Obispo

My grown children and I stayed in this home which is close to Cal Poly because we were going to tour the college and become familiar with the area. It is a very beautiful, comfortable home. The owner has given attention to every detail to make it a pleasure to live in. The backyard has a hot tub, an outdoor pizza oven, a waterfall, and patio furniture with chairs more comfortable than most living room chairs. My 21 year old son thoroughly enjoyed the novelty of baking homemade pizza in the pizza oven, and we all enjoyed eating it! There is also a BBQ, and a motion light where the garbage cans are for ease of cleanup. The indoors are equally as comfortable and amazing. Every bed, couch,and chair were inviting and cozy. The kitchen is beautiful with every modern amenity. The dining room table is a work of art, with a view of beautiful flowers out the window which are also lit up at night for further enjoyment and as the extra benefit of an added night light. There are also three wood burning fire places, and ample firewood. An unexpected addition was the owner's invitation that we help ourselves to any food and drink already in the home. This especially helped on the night of arrival when the thought of visiting the grocery store after a long drive was not so appealing. We were able to relax and become acquainted with our exquisite surroundings, and this was just the home, not yet the beautiful beaches close by. My family would be happy to stay there again, and highly recommend it! The owner is also very kind, friendly, and a pleasure to talk with. Our stay, and the whole experience from the moment of contact with the owner, was easy and enjoyable.

Great House of Relaxation!

We decided to come here for our honeymoon since we enjoy SLO so much. It was the best decision we made. The house is wonderful. It is a great location, 5 min from downtown SLO and 10 min from the beach. There are so many towns to go see and things to do in the area. Plus the house itself it a great place to just be at! We loved being able to stay in and cook meals when we wanted (there is so much fresh produce in the area). The backyard feels secluded and felt like it was our own little relaxation area. The house is new and well maintained, very spacious. The owner was willing to help with any local tips or advice we were interested in. Would highly recommend using this house, we loved it! We hope to come back again a persuade friends to come with us next time!

San Luis Obispo home rental

My wife, 2 adult kids and associated boyfriend stayed for 6 days during our family reunion. The property was immaculate and the owner has excellent tastes. The home was clutter free, clean as a whistle and everything looked new or near new. We are from Texas and I was concerned about the weather which was great. I think I should retire in SLO. The master bedroom had too much light in the morning. We mentioned this to the owner and he installed light shades that day. He was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, unbelievably quiet. The back yard/patio is a great place to entertain: Hot tub, grill, three warming stations (don’t know what to call them), pizza oven and great furniture. Perfection

My husband and I are frequent users of VRBO. Over the last ten years we ave had mostly favorable experiences. But there always seems to be the comment, well, if WE owed a rental we would change X Y or Z. But in SLO, we found perfection! Spotless home, fabulously comfy bed, wonderful electronics, great furnishings, lovely outdoor space, perfect locatn, AND very reasonable for the area. Our host was very patient with our multitude of questions, always responded promptly to our needs, and very thoughtful. So, in closing...4 stars all the way around, well done Todd!!!
