Nestled just outside Barnstable Village, this inviting home blends modern comfort with charming coastal touches—ideal for both tranquil escapes and activity-filled adventures.

Lovingly renovated by homeowner Jeannie, Cape SeaRenity features tasteful design and quality furnishings curated for your comfort. With space to accommodate large families or multiple couples, it’s a place where everyone can unwind and feel at home.
🛌 Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom: King bed + en-suite bathroom (2nd floor)
Second Bedroom: Queen bed (2nd floor)
Third Bedroom: 2 x Bunk Beds (4 beds) (2nd floor)
Additional Sleeping: King Size Sofa Bed on main floor (Blue Room)
Bathrooms: Two full baths upstairs + ½ bath with laundry on the main level

We’re happy to accommodate families with infants and toddlers. While not fully baby-proofed, we can likely provide high chairs and pack-`n-plays upon advanced request (please ask us at least 2 weeks in advance). Please note: the pool is not fenced—children must be supervised at all times and doors to the yard should remain locked.
♿ Accessibility Notes
Guests must use stairs to access all bedrooms and full bathrooms. A ½ bath is located on the main level. An air mattress can be provided if a guest with mobility limitations prefers to sleep on the first floor.

We maintain a pet-free environment. We’re happy to share trusted local boarding options upon request.
🚗 Parking
Ample driveway parking is available.
🗝️ Important Info on Beach Pass & Keys
Beach passes and physical keys are essential and costly to replace. Guests are responsible for their safekeeping and return. Lost passes incur a $500+ replacement fee plus potential compensation if future bookings are affected. Keys carry a $250 fee if lost. Please store them securely and return them before checkout.

Please be kind to the home and the property. We understand you are on vacation, and we want you to relax and have a great time! However, we kindly ask that you and your fellow visitors treat the home as if it were your own family vacation home. Additionally, other guests want to enjoy the space as it was intended. Please practice common cleanliness and courtesy with the items in and around the home. We greatly appreciate this!
TRASH - On Monday evening (or Tuesday morning) please ensure all your trash and recycling is in the barrels located by the garage. You should also consider moving your cars out of this driveway to make room for the trash truck that will arrive on Tuesday. It is important to bring the trash out each week, so the next guest has space for their trash.
PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE SEPTIC. The system is the last line of defense between waste and the local environment. Flushing ANYTHING other than toilet paper will jeopardize the system. Thank you!
No candles or any other open flames permitted in the home. There are flashlights available if there is a power outage (see safety).
No parties (small gatherings are fine).
When enjoying the patio and pool (outdoors), you must use plastic glassware. Broken glass can be tough to spot, and we don’t want anyone to get a cut. There is plastic glassware available in the kitchen. Broken glass in or around the pool must be reported immediately and the pool will need to be drained and cleaned at the guest’s expense. This can range from $900-$1500 depending on the availability of the professional pool cleaners.
Be considerate of neighbors who may need to work in the morning and have young children.
If utilizing the A/C or heat in the home, please make sure the windows/doors are closed. This will minimize energy waste. (Nightly rates are directly tied to our costs - including utilities. If these costs rise, our nightly rates will likely rise, also).
Promptly alert ProHost® of any concerns/issues that arise during your stay. We prefer to address any matters as quickly as possible to make your stay wonderful.
If something is damaged or stained (we get it, stuff happens!) please let ProHost® know ASAP. The sooner we can assess the issue, the better chance we have of minimizing the extent of the damage.
Please use paper towels to clean spills. The bath and beach towels should not be used to clean small spills, for kids’ clean-up, or for makeup removal. Makeup removal towels are available in the bathrooms.
Some days may require that we (or the homeowner/vendor) come on-site to mow the lawn or tend to maintenance of the property. If we require access to the house (inside), we will do our very best to give you a heads-up prior to arrival. This would be an unusual situation.
Please read the check-out instructions (section 14) in this booklet to review some items that are very helpful to us before your departure. These small requests help us keep the home nice and provide a better experience for the next guests. We thank you for your help!
