The property has lawned gardens to the front and rear which are of the highest quality and mowed weekly. The rear garden is fully enclosed for total privacy while sunbathing and swimming and the deck has a new patio set with parasol. The gardens are also fitted with an irrigation system. There is plenty of parking for guests who wish to bring their boat as our house is situated on a corner site at the end of a small private street. The garbage is collected weekly.
