Steps to Beach - Private LakeFront House-Private Pool-Laguna / Panama City Beach

Beautifully decorated home just 2 lots off sugar white sand beaches and close to Rosemary Beach, Donut Hole and Pier Park. Lakefront sanctuary away from the crowds. Home and private pool (open April-October) on rare dune lake. Large screen wraparound porch overlooking the beautiful lake.

This charming home is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath that sleeps up to 6 guests. The large master includes a King Size bed and private bath with a deep soaking tub. One guestroom includes a queen size bed and the other guestroom has a twin bunk bed. There are 3 flat screen TVs and 2 DVD players. Daylight fills the space, which features 10 foot ceilings, Italian tile and is all on one level.

A couple of beach chairs and an umbrella are available at the home. There are also some pool floats and noodles. A two man canoe is provided for fishing or paddling on the quiet dune lake. ***Snowbirds - contact us for special multi-week rates***

Perfect place for my family!

Beautiful property

We loved everything about our stay here! It was so relaxing and peaceful to have a lake in the back and the ocean across the street. We definitely want to return!

Great get away!

We absolutely loved staying here! It's a quick 52 second walk to the beach (our teenage son counted it out one day, haha!). We loved the back yard overlooking the pond and spent a lot of time out there. The house is just the perfect size and feels like home right away!

Best vacation ever

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this house is. Gregory and Caroline were communicative and on top of the littlest detail. We loved our stay here and definitely plan on booking again next year.

Beautiful home! Highly Recommend

Home is lovely and so nicely appointed. Lots of extras: Pool, pillows, floats, beach chairs. They even provided laundry detergent and fabric softener! It's tastefully decorated and comfortable. The screened in back porch and grill made it perfect forget entertaining. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful little beach house!

What a charming beach house, literally steps from the beach! The screened in porch, pool, and lake were a favorite after spending the mornings at the beach. The beach is quieter than Panama City to the east and Rosemary to the west, but convenient enough to access the amenities of each. Sugar sand and gorgeous gulf waters, the wonderful recommendations from the hosts, and charming details of this tucked away home make it a definite 5 stars!

Beautiful beach house

We really enjoyed our stay in this beach house. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. House was nicely decorated and we loved the landscaping. Had a pond in the back of the home where you could fish or just sit and listen to the frogs at night. Definitely would recommend this for anyone not wanting to stay in a busy and crowded high rise condominium.

Perfectly Amazing!

The pictures do not do this beach home justice! The cottage was beautifully decorated inside and out. Nice comfy beds and furniture and beautiful landscaping. All beach and pool items anyone could ever need were provided (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys and floats). Literally steps to the beach. The hosts were amazing as well. Great communication and thoughtful with menus and phone numbers posted. We truly enjoyed our week and hope to stay there again soon.

Piece of secluded paradise

The back yard made you feel like you didn’t have neighbors. House was clean and well decorated. Very short walk to beach and the access was nice and easy to walk. Beach wasn’t very busy. Close to many local restaurants. The pool is much deeper than expected. This house has so much to offer! It’s truly one of a kind!

This is the spot!

This is going to be our go-to spot from now on. The house was clean and well stocked, in fact I’ve never been to a place so well stocked with cleaning supplies, cooking spray, even a medical kit! You can tell the owners take extra care and all the extra touches (a chocolate on the bed) were appreciated. They have boogie boards, floats, sand toys and beach chairs. The backyard is a retreat in itself with beautiful landscaping, pool and pond. We caught many bluegill and a bass. The beach is literally across the street. We will for sure be back!

Great VRBO Find

We had a wonderful stay! This house had all the things I find important when finding a vacation home. It is such an easy walk (just right across the road) to the beach, and luckily the road isn’t busy on this side of Panama and was simple to walk across with beach bags in tow. The beaches are awesome and less crowded on this side of town so finding a place to set up was easy! Short drive to many restaurants and activities. I cannot handle filth at all, and this house is very clean and was a breeze to keep tidy throughout our stay. The back yard was awesome and the pool would have been wonderful had the weather been a little warmer! Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home with us!!

Perfect Cottage on the Quiet Side of PCB

This was the sweetest beach cottage! It’s right off the main road, but tucked behind lots of palm trees so it feels like you don’t have neighbors on either side of you. It’s a 3bed/2 bath with washer/dryer and a stocked kitchen. There were even beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and floats to use. I loved waking up every morning and drinking coffee on the screened in porch that overlooks the lake. We had a lot of good beach days(literally right across the street. A short 2 minute walk), but when the water was yucky we used the pool that’s in the backyard. We loved having our own personal pool!! I will definitely be staying here again on my next beach vacay!

Wonderful location and quick response from the owner

Great location to the beach (easy 2 min walk with a crosswalk available), & pool was wonderful for our group. One table with 4 chairs only. Living room was small and sofa not comfortable which had a wood board under cushions to provide support. Owner was quick to respond when the water went out for the entire area. We would absolutely rent again!

Paradise Found

As soon as I walked in the door,I fell in love with this beautiful home. The pictures just does not do it justice. It's even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!!! This was like my HGTV Dream home. We loved the spacious rooms, the screen in porch, the swimming pool and it was 200 steps to the beach!! We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Greg and Caroline for sharing your home with us. We can't wait to come back again

Something for everyone

Our family of four (including two teens) really enjoyed our time here. The house was extremely clean-I normally don’t give properties five stars for cleanliness-I am extremely picky about cleanliness. This property was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in (we normally stay at rentals once per year, so I’ve stayed at many, many rental properties over the years). I’ve also never stayed anywhere where there were so many supplies and items for us to use. From toiletries to kitchen supplies, to beach items, they had everything covered. The amenities at the property were perfect for our family. I wanted a private pool AND easy access to the beach and we had both! We ended up using the pool a lot because every day but one was a red flag day the week we were there, so we were very happy to have our own private pool. The beach access was super convenient for those in my family that wanted to walk on the beach or hunt for shells. The gas grill came in handy for many of our dinners and let us eat at the house more than we normally do (which was nice because we spent many days just hanging out at the pool). My husband and son went out in the canoe at least once a Day and caught several fish. (My son loves fishing-he caught a 4.5 pound bass out in the pond the week we were there). They also casted off from the patio and caught some smaller fish. There were so many books, games and DVD’s there-I read several books and we played a game or two as well. My only suggestion or “wish list” item would be an outdoor, enclosed shower. I love beach houses with those. But even without it, this was an excellent property and we will be back!

Great location

We love the west end of PCB for its lack of high rises and quiet vibe. Perfect location across from beach access. Home was clean and accurately represented in online photos. Owners were easy to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay.

Great Location!

If you are looking for a family spot that is close to the various activities in Panama City, with out staying in the hustle and bustle, then this is the spot. Quiet location, very short walk to the beach access. Grocery shopping and eating locations available just a short 5 minute drive without having to go into Panama City. Great Location for you and the family!

Perfect location!

The location was excellent, short walk to beach, 5 minutes! Lots of places to eat , but would suggest to get off the ocean road for restaurants because they are way to busy and not the best ! I knew the pool wasn’t heated but it really should be for this time of the year with the fluctuating temps, couldn’t use it at all cause water never warmed up! Otherwise, had a great time!
