The dining area comfortably seats six. The large living room has comfy furniture, flat-screen television.

The guest bedroom has one queen-size bed and one double bed, poolside access, and direct access to the main bathroom.

The master bedroom suite is truly a wonderful space with its king bed, poolside access, and private bath. The romantic master bath has a shower, double vanity, and a bathtub for two.

All expectations are met throughout with ceiling fans and thermostatically controlled air conditioning units. All linens, mattresses, and furnishings are top quality.

If you enjoy a morning coffee in the outdoors, there is a table and two comfortable chairs just outside your door.

Located on public beach access that's 1/2 block from the ocean and a short walk to the town square, your stay at Condo de Los Amigos will allow you to easily enjoy all that Puerto Morelos has to offer.

Enjoy your stay at the beach with the provided chairs and shade umbrella. Not up for a day at the beach, cool off in the lovely pool!

Las Iguanas Condominiums is a gated six-unit complex with lush gardens that offer some of the best private accommodations and services in Puerto Morelos!

Weekly Rentals include a mid-week cleaning.
