The apartment was comfortable with nice views of the Ocean. The beach was wonderful for long walks in the morning. The only problem were the mosquitoes and tiny bugs outside (we were not able to use the terrace because we got very itchy bites). Overall very nice stay

The hosts were wonderful to deal with. We had one minor issue upon checkin but the were very responsive and it was quickly resolved. The view of the beach and ocean from the deck truly made our trip. We enjoyed much of our time out there. The bed in the master bedroom in addition to the appliances could benefit from an upgrade but overall was a lovely stay.

Quiet

We have stayed in Ocean City many times, but we have never stayed so far south. We loved the location! The house was well stocked and had a lot of room for the two of us. It was nice to be away from the crowds.

Great location

Pros: beautiful seaside second story duplex , very clean and comfortable with ocean views and off street parking ,Cons: slippery steep stairs to 2nd floor, (needs stair treads) listed to fit 13 people but you'd need shoe horn to get more that 10 people to sleep comfortably, maybe if you had small kids you could use the trundle bed..Wouldefinitely NOT recommend for t

The unit was cozy and clean. The beach is right across the street. We had a nice, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Location

Perfect place for a beach trip. Loved the large windows and being able to see, hear the ocean from the deck. The kitchen was well supplied with many cooking utensils. Bring trash bags and dishwasher soap. We did need beach tags, taggers came through several times the week we were there. The location was great, easy walk to the beach. Two parking spaces were nice to have and shed has some chairs. We loved it and would stay again!

Beach House

The house and location were excellent. We were surprised how the house had anything that could be needed. Extremely comfortable, beautiful and open. I spent a lot of time walking on the beach (right across the street) with my dog. It was a bit cold in March but it made a great vacation get away!

Ideal spot!

This is a very comfortable property, ideally located at the southern tip of Ocean City, right next to Corson's Inlet State Park. If you love hiking, do not miss the opportunity to hike the park trails. Great for birders, too! We especially love going down to the shore off-season. The kitchen/dining area/living room are flooded with natural light and face the ocean. Will definitely come back!

Pet Friendly Retreat

The location of the house is fantastic! Easy walk to the beach, 55th street shops, and Corson's Inlet. There is a swing set and bathrooms on the beach, and many visits from the ice cream truck, which make it extra kid friendly. The front porch facing the dunes and ocean has a wonderful view. The parking lot across the street isn't a bother, as it is empty in the morning and evening. The house isn't fancy and is aging, but it accommodates a lot of people very comfortably and has a bright open feel to it. It is a treat to find a house that accepted our dog, which we greatly appreciated. The owner was responsive and even went above and beyond to help my family who was traveling quite far. We enjoyed our visit and would be happy to rent there again if travels bring us that way.

Great OC Shore House

Cozy place with a great view and access to the beach that allowed our dog to join us. Owner was available but we had no issues that required her assistance. Not fancy but quite comfortable with room for family and friend visitors. We really enjoyed the deck for early morning and late afternoons as well!

I always went to the beach right in front of this property in College. As soon as I was able I could not wait to purchase this home and could not believe it was available and I could afford it. I never get tired of nature and love what the south end has to offer. The second floor had fabulous ocean views and cathedral ceilings and the first floor is easy with ONLY 3 steps to get inside so babies, dogs, groceries, luggage, and elderly parents are so easy to bring along. This is unique and hard to find.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Ocean City truly is Americas greatest family resort. It is as family oriented as you can get and I love it. Many times 3 generations stay together at my home and create some of the best memories of their lives. There is nothing like all being together and between both floors this building can sleep 21. Sons and daughters ( many with their children) reunite with their parents from all over the country and really have quality time together. Its truly enjoyable for ALL ages. Leave your work behind and grab a beach chair. You will be happy you did.
