If the guest cancels more than 90 days in advance they will forfeit 50% of their reservation deposit. If they cancel 60-90 days in advance they forfeit the whole reservation deposit but will be refunded any rent, cleaning fee or security deposit already paid. Less than 60 days in advance the entire amount paid is forfeited.
