Nice and well equipped house

House was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was nice to be able to park our UTV in the garage.

My husband and I stayed at this luxury property with our two adult children a couple of weeks ago while visiting Sedona. It has a fantastic kitchen, very comfortable beds, and super nice bathrooms. It was immaculately clean and very well appointed. We loved the location and were even able to walk to a couple of different trailheads. I can’t recommend this space enough for your next home away from home!!

Great location for town and hiking

The house was the perfect size for our family. The view driving up to the house was nothing I had ever seen before; we're East Coasters. We only had a .5-mile walk to the trailhead, so no dealing with parking. Safeway is right down the street for all your grocery needs, be sure to swing by Sedonuts in the same plaza. There are many great restaurants in town as well, not too far of a drive. On our first morning there, I saw a coyote or wolf in the backyard with its breakfast rabbit in its mouth, what a cool thing to see. The hot tub was ideal for resting after a long hike. The house was very clean, the landscaping was beautifully done. My only couple of comments, there was no hairdryer, no glasses, and one of the TVs didn't work. I did reach out to the owner several times, but never heard back. I would have loved to have shampoo and conditioner provided but that's not the biggest deal, just some of the small details we enjoy with the other VRBOs we've booked. I wish there were glasses for beverages like wine or beer, versus drinking out of a coffee cup. Overall, a lovely home.

Spring break getaway

Great house. Nice location- close to trails. Primary suite mattress was super comfortable. Wonderful, peaceful back yard and hot tub with lots of stars to see at night.

Home away from home

Beautiful home in west Sedona. Newly remodeled and gave us just space to spread out. Loved nearby hiking in the neighborhood. Turquoise McDonald’s down the road as is grocery store. Kids loved the hot tub. Beds very comfortable. Kenny was a wonderful host and responded quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect house in Sedona

This property was better than expected. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room, great views, great location, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Would highly recommend.

Super cute and great location

Hubby and I stayed for a couple of nights. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely updated. We needed the hot tub for our achy bones after hiking. All was great. Only one issue we had were the neighbors on top of the house in back, That could watch us all night long. Also, there needs to be some kind of patio door coverage for a little bit more privacy when this issue pops up. They were relentless.

Amazing Property!!!

To start, we had a group of 6 adults stay in this location for just shy of a week. We were all impressed with the location to not only West Sedona but to some incredible trails within walking distance. There is so much to see in this area, but the cozy location has a fantastic view of Thunder Mountain from the hot tub and patio. Very cool fire pit and picnic area for dining in the mild Sedona weather or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The bedrooms rooms were spacious enough for what our needs were. The living and dining rooms were great as well. And the kitchen…we all smiled when we walked in, very spacious kitchen with enough room for 4 people to work comfortably on cooking tasks. The washer and dryer were a great touch too (if you hike, you will get dirty). Cleanliness is top notch here as well. Zero complaints to report on this property, the questions that arose were quickly answered by Sonny, who also recommended locally owned businesses to further add to the immersion into the Sedona vibe. Would be happy to come back to this location, as our group is already planning our return for more! Check in/out procedures were simple and direct. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience from 6 Okies who had a blast!

Brand new beautiful home

This was the perfect stay for me and my family. We came up to Sedona for Christmas and this home had it all!! Right when you walk it you see how beautiful and new everything is. Everything is top notch. Hot tub and fire pit were great for the cold evenings! Only things was there were no checkout instructions & I messaged the host to ask about it with no response. No big deal we cleaned up after ourselves! Would just hope for a response in the case something went wrong. All & all though amazing stay and would totally come back :)

Swooning in Sedona

SWOON! No doubt the best property we've stayed at in Sedona. The view, accessibility to trails, gorgeous interior details made for a memorable Holiday week. Highly recommend!

Smoke & Mirrors

Not having received the check-in information from Sonny, we had to message him on the day of. At first glance, upon walking in- the house appeared to be everything it was listed as on Vrbo. Until cockroaches came out at night and the dual shower heads in the master bath was lukewarm water at best. After bringing the issues to Sonny, we were gaslit to believe nothing should be wrong with the place because it’s a new remodel. Going against the regulations of Vrbo, he calls me on my personal cell to say he will have one of his maintenance guys come spray. No privacy, nor security. We regretfully opted to stay when Sonny offered a full refund as long as we “don’t write a bad review” just to have him deny there were any issues and tainting our characters as scammers on the last day of our stay. He arrogantly claims we were trying to blackmail him as we were just trying to have hot water to shower in and also not be infested by cockroaches the entire stay. Steer clear away from this UNETHICAL being. We’re currently working with our lawyer and have reported him to the state of AZ and BBB.
